"Exellent survice. I ordered on friday, late into the night, and recieved product on Tuesday! Extremely fast $6 shipping from Canada, pretty impressive. Arrived complete with all listed kit contants and all intact. Now I haven't been able to try the product, as the Xbox I ordered still hasn't arrived (ordered the same day). None-the-less, Easybuy2000 did very well shipping the product fast and safe."

a). A piece of identification with your address on it (phone bill, driver's license, etc.)

"I got the item i bought very fast within a week (gameboy xrom) but it had been broken in shipping. Packaging was very cheap and was not protecting the item enough. I told easybuy2000 about it and instead listening to my comments , they referred me to rma department. Looks like they dont want to correct the situation about bad packaging. I would not recommend this store.

"I ordered a Matrix modchip last year and it took forever but it finally came (not from the US) and it wasn't the best packaging but it came and it worked. As I said it took a long time but I got my product. I know that later on I was reading the Matrix modchip official site and it said that easybuy2000 were bandits and because of problems with the site they were no longer using easybuy as their retailer. Glad I got mine before the problems."

"Company has led me on a wild goose chase for nearly a month now. I purchased a product back on February 10, 2004 and that was the last I have heard from them. Only after checking their website and calling them multiple times did I learned that the product was on backorder over and over again. I called today, after waiting on hold for 10 plus minutes, to find out the current status and was told the product was discontinued. There was no notification whatsoever of this or anything else. They told me a similar product was being substituted for the item I purchased only it is not similar. The new product does not have the same features and in order to get them I have to pay an additional charge for a higher end model. Easybuy2000.com does not care about quality customer service and it is with my experience that I warn each of you to stay away from this company at all costs."

" Easybuy2000.com is simply a bad business. I ordered a chameleon modchip on christmas, Dec. 25, 2003 when it was in stock, or so the website indicated. 2 weeks later i began to wonder where is my modchip only to look on their site and see that it is no longer in stock. I emailed them 3+ times with no response until I finally titled the email ANSWER YOUR EMAILS!!! This seems to have gotten their attention. They responded saying that the chameleon will be in next week and sorry for the inconveience. It is wedsday now with no modchip and they are still out of stock, i decided to try and call them again, this time hoping not to wait 45 minutes and give up. I waited about 15 minutes and someone ANSWERED!!! I think it was because i called them right after their lunch break. I told the rep what i have experienced and directed him to this site and told him to please approach his supervisor with it. His explanation for why the site was not updated with in stock or out of stock was because they were on vacation for 2 weeks. I then asked him if this was a family owned little internet company and he told me that it was indeed international with offices all over. If this is true, does easybuy2000.com shut down for those 2 weeks of vacation?!!? These are not characteristics of an international organization but of a small family owned business. I talked to a chat rep as well and all he could tell me was the same as the phone rep, sorry for the inconvience and that they should *probably* be shipping out the chameleons on Friday January 16th. I asked him if he could give me a definitive date and not to my surprise he replied with a no. The least this company could have done is post that they were not there and stock might not reflect what is actually in their inventory. The rep responded that they did at www.help-forums.com. Where does it say this on their site? This is important information that should be displayed on their MAIN PAGE!
I appologize for the long thread but as you can see I have nothing but negative comments about this company and THIS IS YOUR CUE TO STAY AWAY FROM EASYBUY2000.COM!!!

"Received a number of faulty items,which I finally got approval to send back for refund 2 months ago. Have not received a reply to any emails since nor have I received the refund. I have had previous problems with this co and recommend that you avoid them at all costs. "I have had similar dealings and problems with EasyBuy2000. I ordered a chameleon modchip on Dec. 26. I received a seemingly automated e-mail that I got directly after placing my order that stated that the modchip would be sent in no more than 48 hours. About ten days latter, I hadn't heard a word from them so I sent them an e-mail asking what was going on. They responded, I think, or maybe it was coincidence, that they wanted an ID check. I tried to get back to them to explain that I had a different shipping address than billing address due to a recent address change where I live and talked to someone on the phone about that. I faxed them the information, which was supposed to clear things up and that was last week. Still no word an they have yet to contact me with any information. I certainly didn't check out this site's reviews, but I may have done differently if I had. Also, from other reviews here, it looks like I may still receive my order...probably just in a couple more decades. And now I can't access their site...? I am going to start calling them tomorrow and everday 'till I get something sure and definitive. Very dissapointed so far. Someone needs to direct them to this site so they can maybe fix some things. Oh yea, I think that online chat thing is definetly bogus. Blahhh! "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a Chameleon Mod chip w/ overnight shipping on 12/22. Thier site said it was in stock with an expected delivery of 3 days. Seven days later they say they are out of stock but, not to worry, they did not charge my credit card. I got fed up and deceided to cancel the order. I thought I should confirm with my credit card company that the charge was never placed and guess what... They charged my card within minutes of the original order. This vendor is nothing but a second rate scammer."

"Never answering e-mail. Live Support is a joke. I ordered a product that was in stock, 5 day after it was back order with no ETA. The worst online store I have even worked with.
