"Best price, perfect confirmation, tracking number provided next day, fast delivery. I do have a problem and I feel confident they will fix it. We purchased the exact same piece from another supplier and it was packed totally differently and in 2 boxes instead of one big, very, very heavy one. So when packed like this there were chips, damages, smashed hardware, etc..... We had to assemble as I couldn't cancel the TV/Surrond installer or I would have had to wait 3 weeks to get him back. I have contacted them on Friday, after hours, Dec 4th and expect to hear back from them. We had a color match touch up so we touched things up, switched the "bad" side with the other unit and were able to set up. I will not give a positive nor negative until we hear from Michael. Stay tuned...
Update: Michael was great...contacted me over weekend. We are 100% satisfied in Dynamic Home Decor's handling of the situation. As customers we have to realize DHD doesn't manufacture the product...like are the middleman...not even taking title to the products since it ships from manufacturers warehouse. Michael will pass on my comments to the manufacturer I am sure. I look forward to the opportunity to deal with DHD again."
"To borrow from Jerry Seinfield, this Seller is very good at taking your money but very bad at delivering your purchase. I placed an order on a Sunday and my credit card was charged that day. I called Monday to follow up and was told it was shipped but the tracking number wasn’t available. I was given the same answer the rest of the week. On Friday, I found and called, emailed, and faxed the distributor. They got back to within an hour and stated the order was not yet shipped but would be later in the day. I now have a tracking number.
Who knows how long I would have waited for my purchase had I not took the matter into my own hands? Seller is no Amazon.
Update in response to Seller's misleading rebuke: I called Seller Monday as Citibank had a concern about a charge and I wanted to make sure Seller in fact was paid. It was Seller who volunteered to me Monday it was SHIPPED and he was just waiting for the tracking number. In truth. it was only SHIPPED Friday after I contacted the SEI, the distributor, in Dallas. "Ordered a Furnitech FT62RB, 62" Plasma Stand. Started out a little rocky as it turned out it wasn't in stock. Michael informed me that it would arrive shortly in their next container, which it did. Once shipped, he provided tracking and it arrived yesterday. It was made in Brazil, arrived in a large heavy carton built ezcept for adding the legs and drawer pulls. The packaging was amazing. They actually built wooden frames around the top and bottom to protect the piece. No damage, not even a scratch. The piece is solid wood and a class piece of furniture. Michael was honest and answered all my emails through the process. A very good internet experience...."

"I ordered a Furnitech FT72TL TV Stand. While the transaction got off to a poor start, it ended well. My item was received much sooner than I expected, however not only was it received damaged, but the shipping company R&L Carrier refused to deliver inside the threshold as stated on the website. I had to move the cabinet 285 lbs into my house by myself, a 47 year old female. Dynamic made arrangements quickly for my furniture to be repaired by sending out a new leg and organizing a local company to do the work. They offered to replace the cabinet, however I opted not to wait for the shipping claim to process to get my new cabinet. The damage was definitely caused by the carrier and not the packaging. Even though I insisted to the driver, the website indicated inside delivery, as did the shipping ticket, he presented me, he refused. Stating they do not deliver inside residential due to insurance. The cabinet is beautiful. I would order again if the need came up, as my issues were caused by the shipping carrier."
"Ordered on the 30th, item was shipped on the 31st. In this case, DHD was just the order facilitator, since VTI products are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, but I am more than satisfied that DHD was able to process the order so quickly.

"I purchased the parkerhouse che-725 entertainment center 02/17/2008. I was told the shipping would take 14 to 16 business days.After 2 weeks i called dynamic home to check on the delivery date.They said the shipping company should be receiving it anytime now and they will call me to set up delivery.On march 10th the shipping company recieved the unit. On march 11th I called dynamichome to see when it will be delivered.They told me it would be delivered the next week of the 17th.Now im told it will be delivered on the 26th or the 27th. If i had known it was going to take 40 days to get here i would have gotten it somewhere else.I have not received it yet so I cant comment on condition. If you want your merchandise in a reasonable time frame i suggest you look somewhere else.I hope it actually gets delivered next week.I will comment on condition when i get it."

Although the delivery took longer than indicated on the site, Michael told me by email how long it would take before I placed the order.
