"This company is very disreputable. We ordered a Tv Cabinet from them. When it was unpacked the shipper noticed that a piece about the size of a deck of playing cards was broken off on the bottom, so we refused delivery because it was damaged. We contacted them for a refund and they stated that we should have accepted the delivery because the broken piece was not noticable from outside. That was rediculous! Even the people delivering the cabinet said we should not accept delivery. Components of the cabinet were pressed wood which made the cabinet very over-priced for its quality. Pieces had to be bolted on and they did not even line up correctly. When we demanded the refund they charged us $300 to return the piece of broken furniture. Do not buy anything from this company as they will cheat you if it arrives in a damaged condition. Supposedly you are supposed to accept damaged merchandise if it is not noticeable on the outside of the cabinet. A reputable company would never demand that you accept damaged merchandise."

"While the order process was smooth and direct, the delivery from Fedex Freight was bungled. They neglected to call for an appointment and couldn't find the delivery in the local depot. Finally after a lot of phone hold, repeated calls, confusion and dealing with some extremely rude Fedex people, the shipment arrived. At least the actually delivery guy was very helpful and polite.
During assembly I noticed that one of the chair parts was damaged, and I immediately called the vendor (Home Styles) and they graciously promised to send a replacement part "to arrive in 3-5 days". Two weeks later, it finally arrived.
Overall, the quality of the set (outdoor dining table with 6 rocker chairs) is excellent. The price was competitive with other online retailers and substantially less than my full price local patio stores, though no one was selling the set anywhere near the "list price". Assembly was slow, and I had to use my own rachet set since the supplied wrench was useless.
Would I make the purchase again? Absolutely, and I would use Dynamic Home Decor since they offered the best price on this high quality set and had a smooth email confirmation process, free shipping, and no local tax. As I purchase more furniture I will continue to use their website as my first search for what I need."

"The kitchen cart arrived on time, but the one box was damaged in shipping. I was unable to assemble the kitchen island because one of the major panels was damaged. I called the mfg. and was greated by a friendly professional who immediately made arrangements to have a replacement panel shipped. I did have to buy better and longer wood screws to assemble the island. The screws they sent with the kit did not grab into the wood. The island is sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. I wish the drawers extending the full length. I am looking to find a fix for this problem. "

"We ordered a kitchen cart/island. It was really nice. I was really pleased with the customer service when I called about my item. They were very nice and helpful. Shipping was fast. My only concern (which is not due to Dynamic)was Fed Ex just left our package in front of our home leaned up against the garage door, IN THE RAIN!! We weren't home and thankfully the wood inside the box was package well and didn't get too wet. Make sure and stipulate you want to sign for it when delivered. Otherwise it just gets left. I had a covered front porch but I guess that was even too far. "
"My patio furniture came a a few days faster then expected, but one of the chairs and a couple of the table legs had some scratches. Luckily, I have some black Rust-o-leum pain on hand to do some touch ups, because it's a lot easier to do that then send back a 66 lb box of furniture. For the $680 I would think the furniture would not have several scratches. It was pretty easy to assemble and despite the small imperfections, I would buy it again. Not sure how it will hold up, but it seems reasonably sturdy. I also used some silicone glue to glue on the plastic screw covers, since they would never stay on by just sticking them on. It's nice that they sent one extra screw, nut, washer, and plastic screw cover per chair, because I'm sure one or two will get lost. Time will tell about how durable it is..."

"I ordered a 62" wood TV stand. The price was comparable to other online vendors, but the free s/h and 5% off sale made me order with DHT. The order was confirmed immediately, but I didn't receive any follow-up regarding shipping. The product arrived in a timely manner, about 1 week later. Unfortunately, it was placed in my driveway directly behind my parked car so it's a wonder I didn't run it over! At 5 months pregnant, it was extremely difficult to move the box myself. I was a little miffed as my covered front porch sits about 6 yards away.
As for the product, it's in great shape, packaged well (minus the awful smell). It did assemble quite easily. The only complaint I have is that the product description didn't state that 2 of the 4 doors are FALSE. I was really hoping to put all our DVDs out of reach of little hands, but with fake doors, that won't be possible - LOL. I still really like the stand, but wish the description would have been a little more accurate regarding the doors."
"I had a few questions about a very expensive TV stand I wanted to purchase (delivery questions) and to my surprise I received an answer that night, well after business hours, from a representative. I live alone in an apartment and needed a delivery driver that was able to help me get this 300 lb monstrosity in my apartment and help me set it in place. This representative, whom I later found out was the owner of the company the entire time, went WAY out of his way to deal with the manufacturer to get me the best possible delivery service. He followed up with me daily, sometimes 3 or 4 emails in a day, with updates about when the product would come off backorder and when I could expect delivery. I was blown away...and not only that, they had the lowest price of any other retailer by almost $300. I don't know how this was even possible...but he also threw in this special delivery service for me at no extra charge.
This is by far the most pleasant experience with any online retailer I have ever had. I will definitely use them for all future purchases and they are highly recommended. "
