funny, how in EVENT dresses , they don't understand that TIME is the ultimate issue. OUR dress was for a PROM which is 48 hr away, the dress has not shipped yet. customer service says. please, give us more time... SERIOUSLY??? out of time.

"Fantastic. I was really worried after reading some reviews online but it is really well made. I have taken it to be taken up slightly(not their error) and the seamstress was amazed by how well it was made. Slight differences from the picture but I expected that. If you have ordered from Dream prom, dont worry as I was for weeks that the bad reviews were right, they are not!! I am over the moon with the price and quality of the dress. Yes, it did come folded up in a bag but since I paid nothing for shipping and it wasnt damaged, I dont see a problem! Thank you guys, cant wait to wear my dress at my wedding"
"We just received my daughter prom dress one week early and it is beautiful! Everything is perfect on it! I couldn't be happier with the product and my daughter loves it! she was able to get the dress she really wanted for prom, in the color she wanted, and custom fit her shape! Dream Prom was able to do all this for half the price the retail store was charging plus I would have had to pay more to have retail store dress altered. Also they contacted me to ensure measurements and color were right before making the dress because I notified them I had ordered the wrong color, they were able to get my issue corrected and made sure I didn't have any more mistakes on the order. I will buy her next dress from Dream Prom! Thank You DreamProm for making my daughter smile a very big beautiful smile I will send pictures when she goes to prom! Thank You again!

Although im half way around the world they answered questions fast through email and were very nice. They did email me saying that my dress was a little darker then pictured and sent me photos before shipping. It was still great and good quality! Order from them 4.5/5 "

I was able to get an amazing dress at half-price and it arrived a couple days after it was done. I have no comments on the customer service as I did not have to contact anyone about my order. "I had no problems with the ordering and paying that was easy ...I had problems with the shipping and had to chase them as it was well passed the delivery date...they did apologise and promised my dress would be sent out urgent....my response to this as I had read bad reviews (after ordering may I add) I guess my dress is just going to be thrown together then and be awful...again they said sorry and reassured me everything would be perfect with the dress....well they did stick to the promise that it would be sent urgent...I received my dress like they said I would...its beautiful I cant fault it one bit Im so pleased with it....
I have also told them they need to sort out shipping problems as no one needs the stress of chasing after something and also advised that when they have new customers let them know they may be charged with custom tax (or what ever it is) I didnt mind paying it but it just would of been nice to of been for warned about it (I dont think all countries have to pay but companies should no if they do and inform) I would use this company again in the hope they have altered things...if my dress had arrived on time they would of got five star all the way...it may confuse why I have given five star on the shipping this is given on the urgent part of shipping

"I ordered my wedding dress from here and whilst it arrived earlier than expected there were many problems to the whole process and the result was extremely disappointing. Dealing with customer service was extremely difficult. The payment method was convoluted, they wouldn't ship to my address so had to find an alternative, the dress arrived in the wrong colour and looked nothing like the photo. Customer service would not accept the return and refund (despite their own policy) and I now have no wedding dress and no refund! DO NOT use this company!
The response below from dreamprom is unbelievable - I have contacted their customer services - approx25-30 times now. All responses are overly polite yet completely useless. Should dreamprom disagree with my review then please reply telling everyone you will refund the cost of my dress?!"
"well I ordered a dress for my WEDDING, I was amazed by the styles they have comparing to the prices but it turned out that is a total $#*! ( sorry for the word ), I received the dress before the time they gave me 2 weeks but I was shocked with the dress, it looks like nothing with the one I ordered, it fits horrible, the finishing of it was worse it had different details with missing details also and more worse was the packing!!! and also it had a black spot on it!!!!!!!
