"Happy Happy Happy. The customer service is top notch! The first item I ordered was to small, I only asked to purchase a yard of material to have it altered local. They went above and beyond and asked for custom measurements and made me a custom jacket in exactly my size. I am so happy, its perfect, exactly what I wanted for a wedding jacket. I was unable to find a jacket like that local. I was nervous to order online but it was great. They go out of there way to make their customers happy. "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! Worst customer service and the dress we ordered for my daughter came 3 inches too long! They wont let me return the dress and want me to pay for it to be altered. After several condescending messages back and forth over 5 days I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was denied!!! If you want to take the risk and do not plan to send it back then go ahead because they WILL NOT let you return the dress and actually try to make you feel quilty about it. So strange!!"
