"I ordered a software license from them and was emailed the license key and shady instructions for installing a trial version of the software and then commands to convert it to retail and activate it. The instructions did not work and the product would not activate. I called up Microsoft to get assistance with activation and was told the key I was given was a disabled MSDN license, which is not even something that is legal to resell. It doesn't matter how much cheaper these guys are do not purchase from them."

"I had 2 different purchases with Direct Deals. Both of the orders had a variety of Microsoft volume licenses in them. One order was attached to the the wrong email address. It wasn't even the correct company so the licenses that I paid for technically are owned by another company now.
The other order was purchased and was sold with the wrong physical address and before you question why that is not a big deal, the address they used was for a state that have state tax when our state does. That means that the licenses we paid for we didn't pay state taxes on and thus there could be future complications.
I don't mind minor screw ups but the worst part is this company has by far the worst communication I have ever seen. Their phone number doesn't go anywhere but to a broken phone tree that forces you to leave a number and then no one ever calls you back. When you email them you are luck to hear from them once every week and then you get the run around.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would stay away from every purchasing anything from it ever."

"Ok I said I'd come back and change this review if they got it fixed and they did! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I was never able to reach someone by phone and frankly the answering system just seemed umm well like what you hear from robo calls lol. I initially had a problem in that the key they sent me on Sunday was a key that was already used. I didn't get any replies to my emails on Sunday, no answer and not even a mention of what the service departments hours were on the recording. I was beginning to be sure I'd been scammed to the point I put a temp hold on my credit card until I could see if they were going to resolve the issue. The today 6/11 I got an email with a second key and apologies that they are very lightly staffed on Sundays. Even though I was never told how I ended up with a used key I can only assume if they are under staffed it was just human error not keeping track of the unused packages and keys vs the used ones. The second key worked fine! So all in all I'm satisfied they are a legit company and would do business with them again as well as recommend to folks that want to save money. I'd say though just have some patience because I was irritated with myself thinking I'd been scammed when in fact they just needed time to resolve the issue."

"I ordered 2 copies of Windows 10 Pro. They charged my Credit Card and then sent me an email indicating I cancelled the order. This was not true. I tired to call them during there Work hours and only get Voicemail. I tried emailing them at the ****@**** and all email bounces back. They emailed me to get a obscured picture of my Credit Card, which I sent not only as a reply to the email they sent me, but, also to the customerservice Email address. Everything bounces back to sender and there is litterally no way to contact this company. I am still getting NDRS throughout the whole day. I had to call my Credit Card company and lock and close my Credit Card and now I have to wait to dispute the charge which I will do. I may not be able to recover the $195 I spent since I was stupid enough to authorize this charge. No I never got an email with the download nor the keys for the OS's I bought. Do not believe anything they say on there Web site. It is bogus. "
