"Ordered two Energizer ER-P511 3.6V NiMH replacement batteries for my cell phone. Their website said batteries were in stock. However, I was leery since I read some reviews that said this company was listing merchandise as "In Stock" when it was actually back-ordered. Sure enough, I got an email two days after I placed my order saying it would take 1-2 weeks to get the batteries since they were backordered. So, I cancelled my order and went to Batteries.com. With an online discount code I found (15% off and free shipping), the total price was about the same."

They were VERY friendly on the phone, even checking to see if my item was in stock. It was shipped the next day and arrived two days before they told me to expect it. The packaging could have been a little better, but nothing was damaged and I received my item new retail (just as advertised). Then later in the day they cancelled my order completely due to "No Stock" which in fact was not the whole story, it was a typographical error that resulted in the cancellation.
