"I played on a very old laptop that wasn't really meant to run high end games. I tried many but to no avail, was I able to enjoy them to their fullest extent. I tried playing through a cloud service called Shadow to help me better enjoy the games I played and while that did help. The help was limited since internet connectivity was always an issue and because it didn't feel right. After I decided to purchase my new pc from digital storm I can definitely say my expectations on what I was getting were blown out of the water. If you've looked around on digital storms website you'd possibly notice that with their desktop options you can just a tower. I chose the Lumos. I chose to get their better version of the tower. I can tell you for sure it is an excellent purchase and I have no regrets on buying it! It was made incredibly well and I was given very clear instructions on how to plug everything in and make sure I could get the help I needed if anything went/goes wrong. I highly recommend purchasing from digital storm, it will be something you won't regret."

"Bought this PC and even though the wait time was long the way it was packaged was amazing

Had issues with it on day 1 and called customer support and thankfully they were very fast, responsive, and polite in terms of handling it (Turns out my ram was at fault but again thankfully customer support was able to help me so I didn't have to send it back!)

Tested a few games on it and I will say the biggest pro this computer has going for it is it is EXTREMELY quiet

"Received my second Digital Storm computer a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure I will always buy from them in the future. My first Digital Storm I've had since the end of 2015. It is still a great computer and I've never had anything go wrong with it. My new computer is a Lynx. This thing is a beast and it is just eating every game I throw at it. Here are my top reasons for going with Digital Storm:
1) Performance - They definitely use top end gear and know how to integrate it.
2) Air Flow - They always manage to ensure both the CPU and GPU can be maxed out without melting. Yes, the room where you have the PC will get all the waste heat, but the PC itself will continue to perform.
3) Cable management - Digital Storm computers have the most orderly interiors I've ever seen in a computer.
4) Good communications - the company sends timely, informative communications letting you know what to expect during the whole buying experience.

I've never had to deal with customer or technical support as I've never had a significant problem, but I suspect Digital Storm excels in that area as well.

The only "con" is the lack of instant satisfaction once you place the order. In both of my orders, the time from order to door step was around six weeks. However, they tell you about this and it is definitely worth the wait to get a beautiful custom rig that will last 8-10 years (assuming you clean the dust out every now and then!)"

"Best computer buying experience I've ever encountered they went above and beyond. Fast and responsive to any requests/questions/ and or concerns I had. Shipped my item and was to me in less than 2 weeks which was incredibly faster than I thought it would arrive(highly recommend choosing priority shipment to get it within a 2 week window). Box came very neatly packed and even came with a nice certificate almost like a car title but for your PC which I thought was cool! I have bought other pre builds from different places in the past and had to deal with damage during shipment and loud CPU fan noises(which made me have to upgrade to a aftermarket CPU fan) but these computers built by Digitalstorm are top quality, quiet, and beautifully designed. I strongly recommend them to anybody and will be doing business with them in the future, I am highly satisfied and happy with my purchase.
