"This was the first custom built PC I had ordered. I wanted not only a gaming rig, but a system for general purpose use that I would not have to worry about upgrading for some time. A call back resolved those issues quickly. It took me three weeks to receive the system, as it spent about a week in the stress test phase. I assume they found an issue with a component. "I played on a very old laptop that wasn't really meant to run high end games. I tried many but to no avail, was I able to enjoy them to their fullest extent. I tried playing through a cloud service called Shadow to help me better enjoy the games I played and while that did help. The help was limited since internet connectivity was always an issue and because it didn't feel right. After I decided to purchase my new pc from digital storm I can definitely say my expectations on what I was getting were blown out of the water. If you've looked around on digital storms website you'd possibly notice that with their desktop options you can just a tower. I chose the Lumos. I chose to get their better version of the tower.
