Wesco DM-1100 Manual Hydraulic Ergonomic Drum Lifter

"I found a number of different prices on line, I found Digital Buyer was the lowest. They did let me know up front that it would take a couple of weeks for the order to arrive. It did take a couple of weeks as noted. I prefer to know ahead of time just as they indicated. I am very satisfied with this purchase."

Wrong Size Hardware

"I Ordered 4 Cabinets total 2 were 24" deep, 2 were 18" deep.
The Cabinets came with a Locking handles that have to be assembled.
Two cabinets had Parts called "Rod Assembly" that are required for the cabinets to lock.
Two of the four Rods needed were shipped longer than the cabinet is tall.
I have requested that "DigitalBuyer.com" send the correct parts.
In an effort to make the locks work in the mean time, I maked and cut the rods with a hand grinder and filed them with a bench grinder.
I cut the first rod too short.

Amazing desk!!

"I was a little concerned spending so much money on something sight unseen. But I was pleasantly surprised. This desk is so beautiful. Well built. Had to used different screws, for some reason the ones that came with the brackets (40 of them). They broke every time screwing them either by hand or screw gun.Just went and got better one from home depot. Thank you will recommend!!"

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!!

"I had a product come to me that was the wrong item. They told me if I wanted to exchange it I would have to pay for shipping! At this point I told them I wanted a refund and they tried sticking me with a 20% restocking FEE! NIGHTMARE!!!!"

Very good, personalized service

"I bought two upright metal cabinets with shallow drawers to hold photos, prints, negative sleeves.
I had shopped for these on other sites... but eventually found the best price, best personalized service on the phone and best follow-through at DigitalBuyer.com.
I was helped immensely by a sales rep named Gloria -- thank you Gloria!
Totally good service. And when my order was delivered... and one of the cabinets damaged in transit.... the manufacturer and DigitalBuyer gave me no hassles when I requested a discount because what I had ordered and paid for was mint condition.. and what was delivered was damaged goods.

It took a month for my item to be shipped.

"I still haven't received it. I made the order on October 14, 2017, and it wasn't shipped until Nov 20. I had no idea it would take that long and they gave no warning of this time delay."

Delays

"Our original order was given a delivery date that was then updated to push it out 2 weeks. The shipping company arranged for delivery, didn't show up, had to be tracked down to tell us that the order had been damaged. We contacted Digital Buyer to get a replacement order arranged. Meanwhile, the shipping company called and attempted to set up delivery of the damaged order, Digital Buyer has told us to refuse delivery because our merchandise will not ship until next week and we are still awaiting our merchandise (which we have been charged for).

all in all a very disappointing and irritating experience. Below is the original acknowledgement of the order -- it will arrive over a month late.

Lost Shipment

"The prices are good. They are responsive. That's good enough for the two stars. The shipment of my order has been lost. A huge 8' x 4' board. It's been over two weeks and still no satisfaction. It is apparent that they care more about their bottom line than the needs of the customer. They got my money, I got nothing but stress in return. Requesting dock searches just isn't going to cut it. Send the replacement or refund the money already!"

Best delivery guy!

"Hi there,

I just want to exaggerate how amazing your delivery man was. We had a massive white board delivered to our office and it could not fit thru the elevator. Your delivery man was able to put the board on his back and carry it 2 flights of stairs. We were very impressed and grateful.

Please give that man a raise!

Bait and Switch

"I ordered office furniture from them because they said they would ship for free. I was completely through the order process and it was the next day when I found out they would not ship to Alaska for free. They wanted to charge me $750 to send it which I decided to pay because I was in a hurry. I was verbally promised my furniture would be delivered in less than ten business day for our openings. We had to open without any front office furniture.
It was over two weeks and when it was delivered and then it came to my parking lot! They would not bring it in to my suite. They said that they are not a moving company. I phoned and emailed a number of times and would only get responses like "it is not us it is the shipping company". I feel they are responsible since they hired the shippers.
I shipped a large SUV up to Alaska last year for just slightly more than the cost of the furniture and it only took about four days. Do not trust this company!!! They will say about anything for a sale.
