"I am disappointed that the forks are not long enough to support standard sized pallets. An evenly loaded pallet tends to tip forward and drag on the ground, because the load is not supported across the full length of the pallet. This greatly reduces the amount of weight I can move at once, and I have to re-stack the pallet to compensate for the truck's uneven load capacity. This is especially problematic on uneven ground, which is the reason I bought this in the first place."

The shipping took slightly longer than anticipated (a few days) but that may have been due to our own shipping & receiving center or the July 4th holiday, I'm not sure. When I tried tracking the package it only gave regional updates. The product itself though, we have zero complaints with. It is exactly what we needed. Also, the company's customer service was extremely helpful with assisting us in the purchase needs and listening to our product needs. We would recommend this company, their customer service, and their products."

"1st of all, for some reason they checked my shipping address against my work address and when they didn't match, they put a hold on my order. They sent me an email saying there is a problem with your order. Call us. When I tried to email, they insisted they couldn't resolve over email so I had to call. Inconvenient. When they told me the issue was verifying my address, 1st off, why couldn't that have been done over email and 2nd, why where the questioning the information I provided on the order? It's simple. I ship to my home address to avoid confusion at work. I don't feel like I should have had to explain that.
When the chair arrived, it had the wrong directions. I had to call and have them show me online where to find them.
When I finally got the chair together, it's wobbly, sinks down when I sit in it so I'm 3" lower than I need to be for my stand up desk. The parts don't tighten very well. I'm very, very unhappy with my experience. "
