"DigitalBuyer.com is an authorized reseller for HSM branded paper shredder products and this order was fulfilled via drop shipment directly from the manufacturer. Despite only purchasing a single small office shredder, I was surprised and thankful to receive a confirmation phone call from a DigitalBuyer representative to verify the shipping address was correct and reduce the risk of an incorrect delivery. There are a limited number of HSM retailers in the USA and DigitalBuyer Price was approximately $30 less against Clary Business Machines which confusingly operates several retail sites under different names."

"The cubbies are not sturdy steel construction as advertised but actually flimsy, wobbly and noisy. These are for a meditation center for people to put their belongings in. The noise from the thin metal and I’ll fitting dividers is too much. Digital says I can return the cubbies but I pay for shipping and a restocking fee which means between the shipping costs both ways and restocking that doesn’t make sense. Disposing of them would be difficult. I need them picked up and my money returned "

"Was a bit unsure of the delivery on these "glass" whiteboards. Delivery truck pulled up and unloaded them. One of the boxes had a chunk gouged out of the cardboard box, so I had the delivery man open that area to be sure there was no internal damage. Nope! The styrofoam protective layer between the cardboard box and the glass did it's job, and the whiteboards were safe. They look and work great. We had purchased 8 in the past few years and needed 3 more. We love them. Thank you!"

"I received the whiteboard in a cardboard box packaging. Various rips in the packaging and obvious damage to the back of the whiteboard. I have not opened the whiteboard. Please let me know how to address this issue."

"Our experience was good overall, however, there are some things that you could do to improve. We were only able to talk to one person about our order, no other reps were able to access our order information to ensure the information we had given over the phone was taken down accurately (it wasn't).

Our order was in stock, but then we received notification that it wouldn't ship for 2 weeks, and then it would take 2 weeks to arrive. Our order ended up shipping sooner, but we would have been very dissatisfied with the other outcome.

Your reps were very polite and helpful, and we had an overall positive experience with the process. The products were of okay-to-good quality.
