"I ordered some Multicam clothing on January 20th. The next day I tried to view the status of my order but the order status page referenced in their FAQ no longer existed, so I called. No answer. Three days later I received an email stating that some of the items I had ordered were on back order. I responded with a request to cancel the order. I didn't hear anything back for 6 days, so I contacted my credit card company to have them reverse the charge. On January 29th, I received an email from Desert Deuce MTO stating that my order had been canceled and my card refunded. As of February 20th, my card has not been refunded."
