"I am located in Australia, and it is hard to find the gear that DDMTO sells here in Australia, and if I can find it, it comes at a rip off price! So I am very happy that DDMTO ships world wide, their range of gear is fantastic, shipping cost is reasonable, but their pricing is spot on!

I have order from them several times, and have found them great to deal with, always got a reply via email, and shipping time was good, but my last order was testing my consumer patience, I had to email a few times before I was told an item was out of stock, and they should have offered another item as a replacement so my order would have been shipped a bit faster. Would I recommend them? Yes I would, but email or ring them to check stock levels, I will buy from them again as I am yet to find another online shop that has a great range, great pricing and ships down under.

"Horrible customer service!!!
On January 23 2012 I ordered several Condor Tactical Molle pouches on-line. January 24 2012 I received an email stating that not all of the products were in stock, but they would be shipped in 1/2-2 weeks. My credit card was billed for the purchase ( $61.25 USD ) January 25, 2012.
After not receiving the products or an email from Desert Deuce, I sent an email requesting what was happening with my order. Desert Deuce customer service did not respond until February 17, 2012. Christy Styles from Desert Deuce customer service stated that Condor was behind in shipping product to Desert Deuce and it could be 1/2-2 more weeks before the order could be filled and shipped.
March 5, 2012 I again had heard nothing from Desert Deuce and fired off another email requsting status of my order. Christy Styles again responded, but not for another week, ( March 12, 2012) stating that they had still not received product from Condor, and it could be another 4 weeks!!!! Seriously? I am now at 8 weeks waiting, with ALL correspondence initiated by ME! NOT by the so called " Customer Service " of Desert Deuce.
March 12, 2012 I requested that the order be cancelled and a credit posted to my credit card. No reply from Desert Deuce again. No surprise at this point, I suppose.
March 19, 2012 I emailed AGAIN, to verify that my order would be cancelled and the Visa charges reversed. March 20 now and still now reply.
Christy Styles of Desert Deuce customer service offered no incentive ( maybe free shipping? ) for me to continue waitng for my order but only asked if I wanted to cancel my order!
Now they are not even answering my emails!!
Wow!!!
I should have read these posted reviews before I decided to order with this company.
Seriously consider another vendor !!!

"Had problems with an order so I cant say much about products but after calling (would recomend calling over email much faster response.) Cancelling was processed quickly and I was refunded for the order. Costumer service was prompt in my experience"

"In november 2012 I ordered 2 Condor Sofsell jackets Coyote and Multicam.The delivery of the Multicam has been delayed several times now the website says mid May. A week ago a was on the IWA and spoke to someone from Condor and he told me that the jacket is on the market, sent 3 e-mails to the Desert Deuce costumerservice no repply."

I have checked with the manufacturer and the date of this CV ETA has been pushed back 5-7 weeks due to the Chinese New Year. All factories were closed and Condor is awaiting arrival of all of the Vests and Carriers. I am extremely sorry for the delay and if you would prefer to cancel the order, I would completely understand. Please let me know what you would like me to do.

This is to confirm the information Christy sent me for both my records and the reviews and blogs that will be generated documenting my experience with Desert Deuce. She stated that this item will now take 11 to 13 weeks to deliver. This is surprising since my research indicates as of 12:30 am on March 19,2013 that your manufacturer (Condor) has 16 of this item in stock on Amazon and can deliver on March 20, 2013 if I wanted to pay the one day shipping. I chose your company because of the sale price. I am also confirming that earlier this week I checked you web site for my item and this sale ended on March 15 and yet tonight that same sale was extended to March 31. Also surprising since your on sale item take 5 to 7 weeks to get according to Christy's last e-mail.
You may complete the order or cancel the order at your discretion. Just let me know so I can make a note to my bank about the charges and report your response on the reviews and blogs. Because you are an internet based company I feel it only fair that I report the facts about my experience with Desert Deuce on the internet to all that will allow me to.

"I ordered a Condor MOLLE Style Modular Operator Plate Carrier on 02/09/13. No where on the web site did it say that the carrier was on back order or that the item was not in stock. I received an email a day later saying that the item was on back order and should be here in about a week and a half. Here it is 25 says later, 03/05/13, and still no carrier. The only communication other than the "should be there in a week and a half" email has been initiated by me. Nothing proactive from their customer service, no sorry we didn't tell you before you paid us that we don't have your item, not even a "sorry you prepaid for shipping, we'll get around to it eventually." So far, completely unsatisfied. Only good part is that when I called them, I talked to a real person right off the bat. "

"I usually would not take the time to write a review unless the situation was extreme. This would qualify, I ordered one bag from them in on Jan 29th 2012, I just got a refund from Paypal today Feb 18th, 2013. No product, only one email from them, and then I had to tell Paypal to get my money back. These guys are the worst I have ever seen. There is no customer service at all, forget good or bad, just need to warn others that Desert Deuce is not honorable in business transactions."

"I ordered 4 Black tact shirts- 2 short sleeve 2 long sleeve. Received 2 short sleeve but only 1 long sleeve After 3 weeks with 4 emails with no reply and 1 telephone calls this matter stll has NOT been resolved. Card has been charged for the original 4 shirts. "A good store with good bargains and good communication skills. They took the time to answer my questions and provide me with the info I needed.

I did order a pair of TRU-Spec tactical trousers and received it in time in my country for a normal shipping fee. As in international buyer I'd normally stick to Ebay as US reseller sites would propose some insane amount for shipping a simple thing. (eg: I've just seen a $125 fee just for shipping a simple operator cap elsewhere, $50 for a $12 BDU shirt isn't rare either).
Instead, Desert Deuce MTO offered the regular USPS delivery rates and I did receive right on time (a week later). And I'm quite grateful.

"Ordered three items on Nov. 26, 2012 (2 backpacks and a tatical vest). It is now January 23rd. So far no merchandise. Received the same back-order message that many other customers received from Desert Deuce MTO... that itemns are likely to be shipped in approx. 1-1.5 weeks. My credit card has been charged... and I still have not recieved shipment of the items I ordered. My last several e-mails have been ignored... and I am very unhappy. I am thinking about taking legal action against them... to recover my loss (with interest) and compensation for the aggrevation. I'd settle for a refund... if they are unable to fulfill my order. ...but that might prove difficult as they will not respond to my inquiries. My advice: Buyer Beware!"

"I made an order over $800 with Desert Deuce. The order had to be split into two shipments due to the back orders of Multicam. Multicam is not easy to come by and most places have a back order. I was not put out by the back order and a would have appreciated an email stating that it was on back order. Once I contacted them they were very nice and in the end all of my gear was accounted for. I will be ordering from them again."

"Placed an order on August 15th, and received an email that it was backordered and should be restocked in a week in a half. I did not receive any updates from them, so I had to contact them, and received an email saying that my items should be restocked on September 17th. After September 17th passed, I still had no contact from the, so I had to email them AGAIN, and was told that my items were going to be restocked "any day now"

My order was finally shipped out on September 24th, and when I received it on September 26th, one of the items in my order was incorrect. I waited a month and a half for my order, and now have to contact them again to fix their screw-up.

I am awaiting their response to my email, but from my current experience, I would strongly recommend against shopping at Desert Deuce. Their communication was lacking, and I often had to email them twice to get a response. And from my order issue, their warehouse protocols must be a mess.

"I am still waiting on an order from this company, I'm currently oversea's and need the gear I ordered. I placed an order for a plate carrier, M4 mag inserts, a Beretta Holster, and a MA52 triple pistol mag pouch on July 13 and it's now July 21st. However, I get an email stating two items are on back order, and the other two are out of stock! All items ordered are the same brand (Condor), I then emailed them to inquiry the date they would be getting everything in stock and ready to ship, and they sent me a generic email asking if I'd like to cancel my order or wait but no one ever responded when I replied to that email! I finally emailed them again and requested a reply from an actual person and got this response:

"Thank you for your note.
We can ship half of your order once the Holster arrives and then the two
backordered items will ship separately at our additional cost once they
arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do or if you have any
other concerns.
Have a great day."

It's great they say they will send it at their additional cost but my card has been credited already, and STILL no exact date so I know if I should cancel my order and order with another company that has better customer service and a more rapid delivery. I would love for them to give me some information because I will be ordering a lot of items in the future and need a reliable company from which to order from.
