"I was cautioned by a local flooring store not to order flooring on line. I was told of all the nightmares that could and would happen. None did:). I paid less than half of what the local store was giving me as their “rock bottom “ price for over 3500 sq ft of hardwood. The shipment arrived promptly ( a bit slower than originally stated; because they waited for a full run from the factory, which I appreciate). Everything was in good condition and my floor is gorgeous. They even refunded the amount I paid for trim pieces that I returned because they didn’t seem to match the floor. I wasn’t sure they were going to; because they stated that they were non refundable. But I took the chance because they really looked different. The shipping company misplaced them; so, I thought DWF was not going to give me the refund & I was very disappointed, until the shipping company called to tell me they found them and were finally sending them back. DWF gave me a full refund as soon as they were received:). I would highly recommend ordering from this company! I will use them on my next remodel."
