"When I first ordered I was told My flooring would be received in 10 days, it took 10 days just to ship, worst part is continual lies every time I called answer was " will ship today. When shipped you may pay for home delivery but I had to go get mine almost 10 miles away. Picture of product and product are not exactly the same. Cost plus shipping makes for almost no savings over local stores. Add aggravation and poor customer service and you are way ahead if you shop locally. To top it all off no one there cares I never even got an apology!"
