"I ordered a package of six bras. They did not fit and the fabric was stiff and uncomfortable. I emailed them 6 times without response. Finding a phone number on their site was nonexistent. The phone number I found was on this site. Silly me for thinking I was getting a daily steal."

Just terrible

"I ordered a 10 x 30 party tent. Shipped in a timely manner, received in good condition so all seemed well. When I finally went to assemble it, I found that it had been improperly packed with 1 pole missing. When I contacted customer service they replied quite quickly. They would do nothing because it was beyond 30 days. I reached out to the manufacturer, Oxford.com, they too will do nothing even though they state a 1 year warranty with proof of purchase. I know have a tent that cannot be used and 2 different companies that will do nothing. Oxford.com doesn’t even reply at all. They promised me someone would contact me and have not. The last rep that I spoke with told me it might be a problem because they only have 1 in stock. Just a total disappointment. Beware!!"

Worst Customer Service Ever

"I ordered a Hoover Steam Mop and two weeks later received a Indoor/Outdoor TV antenna. How is that even close. My packlist said the correct item I ordered so where's the quality control for shipping. To add insult to injury there's no customer phone number and your only choice of contact is email which they take a week to respond to. Two weeks in they send me a return label for Fedex and it's up to me to drop off at a Fedex store within 7 days. Mind you, it's two cities away from me and I work full time. I asked them to do a call pick by Fedex and they said no. Now, I'm just plain ****. I will return the wrong item they send and have asked to cancel my order and refund my money. They wouldn't send my product until they saw movement on the return. Excuse me? Who's fault is this? Two weeks later fighting with customer service. I'm done and will NEVER order from Daily Steals again. I'm buying from Amazon, they stand behind their customers."

Scam. Lies about their products. Unprofessional at best.

"I bought a portable battery pack from TYLT on DailySteals.com, which not a lot of people would be familiar with, because they were on sale for a good price. I was a little bit skeptical because sites like these are usually known for bad business, and I was 100% right. The product was described to be new in a retail packaging.

When I received the product, it came in a bubble wrap envelope with no other protection --no packaging, no box, no bubble or foam fillers, and it was also missing the power brick for the charger. I complained about this via email because the receipt said to contact them if I wasn't 100% satisfied, but they didn't care to reply to the email.

These people stand for unprofessionalism. They lie about their products just to get rid of their inventory. They claim they'll fix any wrongs they caused without following up on their promise. They also use a Shopify account which is a pre-made service and doesn't even mask the web address, which I used to do back in 2003 when I was selling stuff online as a hobby.

Can't make a RETURN and did NOT receive 2nd order

"This place runs its business like it's back in the dark days. I've been trying unsuccessfully to make a return of ONE item I purchased on July 3. I purchased the Coach sunglasses for $39.99 with a 30 day money back guarantee. The very day I received them, although they are quality and beautiful sunglasses, I tried to initiate a return of them because they're too big for my face. The problems you have to go through to start a return are absurd. Most people don't have the time or patience to do all these steps just to get a return shipping label. I believe that's what they count on. They make it so difficult that people just want to give up.

Then, try to reach them.....Good luck, because you can't seem to call them and they don't want to answer my emails. I think they're trying to wait until my 30 days is up and I can't return them.

My second order, also placed on July 3 has not arrived yet, and today is July 13. I did receive one item out of the four items that I ordered. Again, NO RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. This is a SHADY WAY TO DO BUSINESS. If they really and truly are a legit company, then this should be a very simple process. After I settle the issue from my first order of the Coach sunglasses, I'm closing out my account with them. I can just as easily find deals that are as good, if not better and easier to return if I need to, I'm closing out my account and blocking their emails.

I definitely WOULD NOT recommend doing business with this company. I learned the hard way. The old saying "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is too good to be true." I should've remembered this message my dad always told me.

Bought product, paid, took 3 weeks to arrive

"UPDATE June 4, 2018. The case arrived today and it was just as advertised. Last Thursday 5/31 it still showed "on its way to USPS" but Friday I got an email that it had been received by USPS. It took nearly 3 weeks and many frustrating interactions with support, but I have what I ordered. I have upgraded my review from 1 (horrible) to 3 (satisfied) stars, and may purchase from them again.

Previously: On May 16, 2018 I purchased a cellphone case and paid for it, my credit card was charged. On May 18 they wrote me to say it was shipped, and told me the tracking number. It's a USPS shipment, and USPS says it is "on its way to USPS". It is May 29 and the package is still "on its way to USPS". I have not received the package.

I wrote support and was told last week that they would look into it. Their looking into it was to tell me that I should check as the package has been shipped. But it's still "on its way to USPS". They claimed I should receive the package in 3-7 business days. That isn't happening. I think they printed the shipping label and nothing more.

False advertising/Scam business

"Advertise Google Pixel XL for $259.99. One week after the order was fully paid, they canceled the order and refund without any reason. Went to their website, the same phone continues to be advertised but at a lower price.

Basically, this is a scam business. They sell products they don't have, use the 7-day interest free cash they receive from buyers for other purposes including illegal activities.

Support takes a while to reply, but is reliable

"Ordered a used LG phone from Daily Steals just before Christmas 2017. After a couple of weeks, it wouldn't stay connected to wireless and was getting really hot. Contacted support. It took a day or two for them to get back to me, but in the end they issued a refund (not an exchange) and I was able to purchase another used phone of the same model, at the original price. Would have prefered better quality control so that the first phone didn't need to be returned, and would have preferred faster replies from support. However, someone did get back to me reliably, and in the end I have a properly working used phone. Also, original phone shipped with a USB-C cable, even though the phone required a micro-USB cable. This would have been annoying if we didn't already have a ton of micro-USB cables in the house.

Update1: The other annoying thing is that after placing my order I started getting almost daily emails asking me to rate my experience with Daily Steals. Yesterday I finally relented and wrote the review above. Today I received ANOTHER email asking "How was your experience with us?", and when I cliked on the link in the email I was taken back to this review. I've removed one star from my review because of the shear annoyance of these reminders, and will continue to remove one star for every further email reminder that I receive asking me to do something that I've already done.

Update2: Received one email at 11:26 am today, which prompted update #1. Received another, identical email at 1:34pm asking to rate my overall experience.

Update 3: Got another identical email the following day at 11:22 am. I'm now out of stars and rather annoyed.

Update 4: Day 4. Another identical reminder email at 10:21am, and another one at 12:20pm.

Update 5: Day 5. Another identical reminder email at 11:05am. I could click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email, but now I'm morbidly curious how much longer this will go on.
