"Between wrong items, or having refunds after orders were supposedly delivered (One was delivered but literally ended up being AN EMPTY ENVELOPE that was delivered, not my items,) and being assured twice (Two totally different orders months apart) that my order was being re-sent and 12 hours later getting an email THREE TIMES that I was getting a refund. I've washed my hands of this nonsense. May as well save my time and not bother ordering at all. My money stays in my account and I don't have to get my hopes up that I'll Get what I ordered only to be let down again and again."

"It had been some time since I had ordered anything from this company. Saw an enameled cast iron set show up on my FB feed, and figured, it seemed reasonable. Went direct to the site and ordered from there. I received it fairly quickly, and it was nice, however, it was not the color I selected on the site. I reached out to them asking how to remedy, and they were quick to respond asking for pictures (of which I had included when I opened the ticket). So far, 4 days...and still no further response from them. Like many, customer service leaves much to be desired. I had considered ordering a second set in a different color (not the one I received), but after this experience with their customer service, will not be ordering anything from them in the future."
"This seller is a joke. Purchased a $5 Digital Pedometer that arrived DOA. Emailed customer service as and no response. Basically you buy it and you own it. This is the type of seller that needs to go away."
"The refurbished phone didn't last a year before needing to be replaced. It only powers on when plugged. At least once a day, it freezes and has to be soft reset to turn back on. "
