"I initially emailed the company stating that two of my orders I received were wrong, the one order they did reimburse me and I am not disputing that. Which is this order ( (Order 2688490DS
Men's Mossy Oak Moisture Wicking Boxer Shorts ). However the other order, which is this one (Order #1002531168, Yoki Women's Mid Length Hooded Puffy Coat) they have not reimbursed me for. I have had several replies from them both by email and through the BBB. I have repeatedly asked them to send me proof of the order they say they refunded me for, the coat, but they continue to send proof of the shorts order. I contacted my bank and they said by email they have no records of me receiveing a refund for the item they say they refunded. All I asked them for was proof, that I could send to my bank, they have not done this. I emailed them right after receiving my order which was wrong (Order #1002531168, Yoki Women's Mid Length Hooded Puffy Coat) I told them what was wrong with this order. I have since stated I would return the item, which would be at their expense as stated on their return policy, even though they continue to state that they have refunded me. I am asking them to do the right thing for the customer, either send me proof of the refund, they say they sent, or refund me. I also stated that due to the debit card I initially used was canceled, because it was compromised, so could they refund to my new card, they have refused to cooporate with me and do what's right. This is a terrible way to treat a customer!"

I knew they were refurbished but I expected much better quality, especially since it stated they were "grade B" condition. It had several deep scratches and marking on both the top, keyboard area and the bottom. On top of that, they sent me the wrong charger for it. I was not pleased and decided to contact customer service. After sending them the details of the item, I was able to return it for a full refund.
