READ COMPANY REVIEWS -- DO TRUST CUSTOMER SERVICES

"I’m so disappointed been trying to work with this impersonal, unprofessional and even upon receipt of item I returned items and never opened either package. I attempted to cancel immediately. I returned the item. My decision to cancel was very shortly. I read the reviews for this company and I am a senior who they robbed me of $35.37. This company is a thief and I waited to write them allowing time for refund. I then wrote them to inquire on a Friday and they immediately closed my case the next day. What a poor representation of a business who correspond with scripts and states they are happy to help you and keep adding two days to respond forcing expiration date to be pushed out. The company is a fraud and getting over on innocent consumers. I don't recommend the company to anyone. I "

"Ordered product at great price. Then they said there was a technical difficulty and wouldn't honor price. Refunded me. However, I wanted the vacuum I paid for and they refused. Can't talk to anyone on the phone. "

Avoid - deceitful business

"I made an order in error, cancelled the order within 10 minutes of purchase. The order went through regardless and was delivered and now DailySteals are refusing to process a return because the order was for 10 items. There is no way to contact them beyond using a website form which takes 2 days to process. I believe that the business practice is generally deceitful and a scam. Please do not make the same mistake and purchase elsewhere. I am now pursuing legal action against DailySteals over this case. Terrible shady business. Avoid."

Not hassle free returns

"Purchased an Xbox elite 2 controller as a Christmas gift. It came in a clearly damaged box, dented corners, carvings on box, scratches and it appears to be taped closed not by the factory. I can’t give this as a gift. It looks awful. Especially if it is used and repackaged. I only asked for a refund due to the condition of the box. It is unopened and I want to return it hassle free as advertised.
Well it’s not hassle free returns after all. No phone number to call. You have to email. They responded 2 whole days later with “send us photos. We have to investigate “. I did just that without saying a word. They responded with “we will find a resolution within 48 hours keep in mind we are closed weekends and holiday”. It’s two days before thanksgiving…
Resolution? I’m asking for a refund of an unopened product I purchased. Why am I being put through a hassle? Amazon doesn’t give you the run around. Best Buy doesn’t interrogate you. Costco welcomes returns. The list goes on. Why would anyone ever purchase anything from a company with these unfair deceptive practices? Read more reviews before making a purchase. It’s just a huge hassle. I’m sorry I ever stumbled upon their website. First time last time customer here. Big mistake

The name says it all

"Ordered a refurbished Bluetooth phone headset. Received a completely different item that, on top of the error, showed extensive wear and scuff marks (not even a Grade C refurb). Contacted customer service, after a few days initiated return authorization, received RMA instructions, returned the wrong item. Was told they need 3 to 5 business days after receipt and verification of the return to send me the item that I originally ordered. On day 11 after receipt I asked about the status of my replacement order. Learned that the item that I ordered is now out of stock and that I will receive a refund.

So, I am back to square one, did not get the item that I ordered while wasting three weeks of my time to fix their mistake.

Don't advertise Items that you don't have in stock. Don't think that customers are just going to accept an inferior replacement item that you send out without any explanation. Daily Steals is not a business I will deal with again... should have headed their name...

They are not refunding my money...they are horrible!

On July 14, 2021 I contacted them to inform them that a Surface Pro 5 that I ordered was defective. It would not turn on or charge. I paid through Paypal and funds where taken from my bank account.

I received the Surface Pro but it won’t hold a charge. Left it charging for 2 hours, still no charge. Cable is fine. Please advise to return item. Thanks.

They sent me an RMA so could return it. I did and they received it. They responded:

On July 29, 2021 after sending an email asking why they had not refunded me. they wrote:

Hi!

I have just processed your refund for the amount of $451.38!
You will see the funds in the next few business days (it all depends on your bank or financial institution).
Please check your email for confirmation and let me know if there is anything else I can do!

Thank you!

On August 5, I emailed again asking for my refund.

They answered:

“Hi Edgar,

Yes, we already refunded the order back in your original payment method. The refund would reflect within 3-7 business days depending on your bank. You may call your bank to check out the refund.

Thank you”

My bank shows nothing. Upon checking their web, they have given me store credit for the amount. I have emailed them numerous times to ask them to refund to my paypal account and they keep repeating the same thing. I have filed a dispute through Paypal and no response yet. However, Paypal shows a different company that drew the accounts and not Daily Steals so I have no idea how this will turn out.
This is not acceptable and it’s a scam. My funds should have been returned by now.

This is fraud.

Fraud is best way to describe these theives

"Ordered a cellphone, canceled before it shipped. They said can't cancel just refuse it. So that's exactly what I did refuse the shipment and was returned to them. No refund issued, disputed with CC they went thru GREAT LENGTHS to defend this transaction, when all along it shows it was returned with tracking back to them. They are trying to keep my money and the product, which is clearly FRAUD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM or you will regret this like I did. "

"ORDERED SET OF LEMON-LIME JUICERS 2-PACK. ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE YELLOW AND ONE GREEN. GOT 2 LEMON, NO LIME. THIS IS THE SECOND OF 2 PURCHASES THAT ARE WRONG. Fraud scam artists!

"So I’m at work browsing Facebook to pass the time and I remember seeing some weird picture of what looked like a glowing heart shape and get busy at work so I put phone in pocket. Several hours pass and I receive an email stating that my order has processed! Great what the heck is this I say to myself. Being that I am poor I decide to look right away and low and behold they had fraudulently placed an order for me for the most obscene and immature item I can imagine. What is it, you ask? Well upon further investigation I come to find they had claimed I went through the order and entire checkout process for what can only be described as glowing male testicles that someone might hang on the rear of their bicycle seat. I dint even own a bike! After several emails back and fourth they agree to refund my money. Several weeks go by and the money still was not returned and then suddenly the pending transaction dropped and my money mysteriously was available to use again. Skip forward two hours and guess what? They posted another transaction on my account in the amount of 18.00! I’m beyond livid! If I could have the company shut down permanently, I would without remorse! Do NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!"

Won't refund misrepresented face masks

"Ordered what they advertise as protective coronavirus masks and got thin, single layer pieces of cloth that can't even block light. You can see through them!

Item doesn't match pictures or description. They mark items as non-refundable so you can't get your money back.

People are dying and they're selling non-refundable fake masks! This company has no integrity. Avoid!

$95 for a few drops of fragrance????

"I ordered a small bottle of Fendi fragrance and I was so glad to get it today. (4/22/2020). I ordered .85 fl.oz. What I got was less than .20 fl.oz. I paid $95.39. Order 8637756. Order placed on 4/13/2020. Rcvd 4/22/2020.

I've posted this on my Facebook and if you want a better rating than 1 star I suggest you send me a new one. I have pictures on my Facebook and I will include pictures on here if I'm able.

I look forward to seeing how you want to rectify this. I'm hoping for another bottle of the perfume.

Sold me a blacklisted phone

"Purchased a S9+ Phone from them. The description said "unlocked". However the phone was still on lease and not paid off. They were selling phones that were not supposed to be sold. I realized this too late and was not able to return the phone for a refund. Contacted customer service and they were very slow in responding and never helped with a resolution even though they knew it was their fault to be selling blacklisted phones. So be cautious when buying electronics from them. Very shady company, my credit company was not able to find a phone number for their business. They only communicate through emails and are never accountable. I know that this review wont be posted because they will be only posting positive reviews on their website. I will be filing a police case and also take legal action because they cheated me and stole $450 from me."
