"It took about 18 days for item to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was the wrong item.
Put in an RMA request but no response. Because of their poor customer service and extremely poor ratings from buyers I don't expect to get the item I ordered. I'd strongly advise you stay away from ordering from this company.

"Althought my items arrived after 3 weeks of constantly emailing where is my package? I have never met anyone who would take all the time in the world to do so... 1-2 days acceptable but no more! They do not sell as advertised either, these vga card from them are very slow and crashes often. Its just junk that I cannot use.. I have to spend more money elsewhere for a complete replacement which would had costed me much less had I not ran into them from pricewatch.com, only 5/10 merchant there that are legit, the rest are just scam artist. pricewatch is great for its cheapness so shopper beware when looking for cheap things to buy, not for quality of product being sold. Restocking fee is very shady, it is to make you pay for their broken product being sold to you while at the same time making some money off it and again is repeated to the next customer until they are filthy rich! This has got to stop now or soon they will find themself in legal trouble.

"You gave me a list of what type of via chip set those memory chips work in
so I got a working mother board with a via chip set you said it would work
in and it did not. Now your changing your tune to something you want to
hear. You can not send out used broken items and make money off of them.
So here is what I am going to do. I am going to send back the memory chips
and take the credit minus the 15% stocking fee. And pass on these e-mail's
to the better business burial and my credit card company.

"Ordered jan 21 and haven't received video card as of Feb 12. When i first called to check on it, i was told that the item wasn't in stock. They didn't even bother to tell me that it wasn't. So they said they would send me retail version for extra 5.99. Another week passed and no card, i called again. We don't have your card in stock....they didn't send it either when i called the first time. They promised it is shipped this time...still waiting......."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!I ordered on 1/21/04 and as of 2/9/04 have not heard anything. I called twice and got the promise that they would email back that day and did not receive any return correspondence.

As of 4/28/04, after I disputed the charges with my bank, they sent me a refund for $18 of the $57 that they charged me. THEY ARE THIEVES. Julian Yu (****@****) writes to me once every three weeks promising to fix it, but nothing ever happens. In 4+ years of shopping almost exclusively online, the is the first time I have ever encountered a company as bad as they are.

"Ordered part in Novemember, it smoked, I returned it. Have sent probably ten emails and three phone calls with no exchange or refund yet. It is now Febuary 5th, 2004. There service is the worst I have ever received, they tell me the same thing when I call them, "It will take one or two days for your money to be returned to your account." I have heard that phrase three times, and you know what, no money back yet. If you see this company on price watch, skip them and pay a few more dollars for something from say Newegg or somewhere else more respectable."

"My product was to be shipped out from dvcentury within 3 days...5 days later it still has not shipped because they say they lost my ship-to adress. After I gave them my ship to address I called back to verify that it had shipped and they told me (now 6days after order was placed) that they didn't have the oem version of the product I ordered in stock and the only way my product could ship today is if I were to pay an extra 5.95 for the retail version. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AGAIN!!!"

"I placed an order for two sticks of memory and received them as expected. One worked fine, one was faulty. I tested in two computers. Received an RMA and returned the faulty piece. They acknowledged receipt on 12/23/03. It is now 2/2/04 and they say that they are still processing the return. I should be patient and wait. They'll be in contact with me. Their own email says that processing and shipping should take from 5-10 business days to process. I will not be purchasing from them again."

"This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a CPU and was told it would arrive in 5 to 7 days. Three weeks later I called and cancelled the order since it hadn't arrived. Five days later I received the order after I had cancelled it, and my credit card was charged. It is now another two weeks, and after 7 phone calls and several emails, I still have not received an RMA to return it. I will NEVER do business with this fly by night company again."

"I was charged for the order(512 meg ram) and yet 16 days later the item still had not been shipped. I called on a friday and was told I would be called back. I called again on a monday and was told I would be called back with in an hour and was not! They said the item was backordered, but they would ship it today if I wanted them to. The e-mail I recieved said free shipping yet, there was a charge for the shipping. Once I talked to them they put me on hold for long periods of time with no explaination except "hold on" "click"!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was looking for Radeon 9600 for a Xmas gift for someone. I had looked around and found DV Century to be the cheapest. I placed my order on the 20th of December 20, everything was going good. I was very mad that they didn't send me a tracking number for my order; I had to call twice to get it after being put on hold for 10 mins. After getting my order I opened it and found it was the wrong video card, it was in the right box but it was the wrong 9600 it was a 9600SE. I called them up 4 days later, it being the new years. After calling 4 times and calming it was the right item they gave me an RMA number. I sent in on Jan 8. 04 and it was delivered on Jan 12 04. About a week with no answer I call them on the 20 of Jan, they say that they had it but had not found it in there warehouse and that would call me back within 10 or 20 mins. I called back 4 times that day. Then I called the 21 and ask where my order was and when will I get it, after hearing 2 different people calming it was in there warehouse but they can't find it, a person there tells me that they never got my package. After tell them they had it and gave them my tracking number from the package I sent them, they just told me to calm it was lost to the postal service and the person hung up on me. I will never ever do any business with them again and hope that DVCentury or Rich Pacific Inc gets shut down soon. And I’m thinking about writing a letter or calling the postal service tell them that they told me to commit mail fraud. OH and DVCentury or Rich Pacific Inc you’re not fooling anyone, every 'Very Satisfied' post is written by you, and you’re writing how you speak.
