"Payed over 100 dollars for 2 day shipping. UPS delivered a pitiful excuse of a damaged product. No problem right? I reach out DKH to assist. The agent was not only rude and never apologized- they stated that they would ship another one but that it wouldn’t get there until 4 days later. So I paid over 100 bucks for an item that was less than 60. The reason? I had a deadline. So the deadline was missed and yes it was UPS that damaged it but not offering the customer something or at least apologizing for the inconvenience. I could have saved 90 bucks and done the longer term shipping. As far as the product quality. Meh. It was the same as any other vendor. Nothing worth the headache hassle and lack of concern provided by this company. "

"Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. In the six months since I placed the order the product has evidently become unavailable and they replaced it with another brand. After they said they would ship to me four months after my initial order I finally contacted them a month later when it did not show up. They are now going to extort another $13 from me before they will ship it. The Manager was uncooperative. I would not recommend doing business with DK Hardware."
