Next day I received an email with a tracking number. But it didn't do me any good, as the order was already delivered about 1/2 hour before. Simply amazing blazingly fast shipping. Item packed well... arrived in good condition.. at a very good price... and I was assured every step of the way in email of the process going on.
I will definitely order from these people again... my only problem has been that they don't always offer what i am looking for...

"Excellent. I ordered a camera battery and a compact flash card. Ordered on Monday and the order was at my house on Tuesday - Ground Shipping. (As it turns out, I'm near one of their 6 warehouses.) The web site was a little hard to navigate (no catagorical browsing) but the search function was good. I expecially liked the availability info - they tell you the exact quantity in stock at each of their warehouses! The $9 shipping was slightly high, but not too bad. The only slightly negative comment is that they should win a "golden cocoon" award. The compact flash is matchbook sized and was shipped in a 1 ft square box, 6in high. The battery is about the size of 2AA batteries and was shipped in a separate, similar box. I would definitely do business with them again."

So I ordered a Toshiba SD-M1612 DVD drive for my Dell 4100 computer. This was billed as an OEM unit, so no cables and not screws and no instructions. But I had these, so no problem.
The order was processed properly and the unit arrived quickly, in its original Toshiba carton ... not like one of these computer shows where units are sold in plastic bags.
