"Not sure if I have ever written a review but this place was so bad that I had to. Horrible customer service! I ordered some $150 earrings about a month before a wedding I planned to wear them to. It said on the site they would ship immediately, so when they didn't ship after several days, I attempted to contact customer service. They were incredibly unresponsive and took several days to get back to me. Then they blamed me for supposedly misreading the order - saying the site said they were not currently in stock. Sure enough, I went back to the site and it had been updated to say they were out of stock and would take time to come in. However, that was not the case when I ordered them. I then attempted to cancel my order and they wouldn't let me. It ended up taking over a month for my earrings to come in - I finally received them long after the wedding was over. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. Buyer beware!"

"I have ordered two items from Creative Contrast, and my mother attempted to order an item once. In my experience, it was nearly impossible to get a customer service rep on the phone to address an issue with shipping; and there was no communication (ie order confirmation) once the order was placed. It was clear my pay pal account was charged, but I had to call several times to ask about when the item would be shipped. My mother's experience was far worse. The item she ordered never arrived, she called and emailed to ask about order status and never received a reply. She was finally told about 5 weeks after the order was placed that they were going to ship the item, but never did. She had to contact her pay pal and file a complaint and have them get her refund. Neither of us will order from them again, as a result. "
