"My credit card was charged & product never shipped. After several days of waiting for product I emailed; found out product never had shipped because out of stock. Had to email 2 more times before got refund. That company would charge cc, not ship and never inform me that product was out of stock tells me that they do not follow basic business ethics. Will not do business in the future with them."

"My package never arrived... My order was placed on 23 July 2013 and it was shipped on 27 November 2013 (16 weeks instead of 7-10 as promised when my order was placed). My package could not be tracked. When I placed my order I was not offered any other alternative except the free USPS international priority mail. If I had any other alternative I could choose it because I always want to track my orders.

I sent numerous emails to your representatives without any response. I kindly requested the refund of my order which is USD 238,50. I never received any response. All the correspondence is at your disposal.

I am totally dissatisfied with my last purchase. I paid the full amount of my order almost a year ago and I never received my parcel or a refund or any explanation from your representatives.

"I ordered three scarves and received 2. After several attempts to talk with a live person to no avail, I left several voicemails. I even called the manufacturer of the scarves (based in NY) and they couldn't even make any headway with this company. Very unprofessional."

"I placed an order for a ring, which was listed as being "in stock" on the Web site. I received a confirmation email for the order, but I never received a shipping notification. I contacted the company to check on the shipping status several days later, and I was alerted that the ring was actually "out of stock." Such information should have been communicated to me proactively, instead of as a response to my email about a shipping delay."
