"I bought several watches with creation watches back in January, upon receiving them and seeing them in person I changed my mind and decided to return them. I contacted customer service and told them of my decision, they explained that as long as there was no signs of wear that shouldn't be an issue as they have a "30 days exchange policy" (Yeah right) and gave me instructions on how to return them.
Long story short, It took them 6 MONTHS to do a PARTIAL REFUND!! After multiple (and I mean A LOT ) of emails trying to get them to refund the remainder of the paid amount, I've given up and have decided to take the L, I tried contacting them via twitter but all they did was block me.
Now, The watches are genuine, but bear in mind that cheap comes at a price, and if they mess up the order, you will not get ANY help whatsoever, so beware and really think if the extra 30 to 50 pounds you're saving is worth the risk of losing all of your money plus the stress that this will cause you. I guess it's a personal choice, but a least for me, never again, I'm sticking to authorized dealers and paying the premium in exchange for peace of mind that if something goes wrong, someone will actually try to help me. "
