"Only problem that I had with many purchsases was recently with 2 Citizen Promaster Jr4046-03e that arrived with a strap that broken in a few moments. Unfortunately CW told me that warranty did not covers strap and that strap is very difficult to find and very expensive to replace. "Watch didn't arrive on time. Customer service replies to their e-mails very slowly. Watch mechanisme is shaking inside and makes strange noise, however I've read some reviews about this model and people say that it is normal for this watch. Unfortunately, you have to pay a custome fee on watch arrival. All return charges have to be covered by a customer, but apparently the watch can be fixed in another places, but not only in Singapure. When you summarise the charges, then you will understand that it's much cheaper and safer to buy the watch on a high street. However the watch itself looks lovely and my husband is very happy. "
