"INITIALLY CALLED TO ASK ABOUT REFURBISHED HP LASER PRINTER AND WAS INFORMED OF AVAILABILITY OF REBUILT PRINTER AT MINIMAL UP TICK IN COST. ORDERED THE REBUILT COLOR LASER PRINTER AND SOON MY PRINTER ARRIVED VIA COMMERCIAL CARRIER ( NOT NAMED HERE ) AND AFTER UNBOXING AND SET-UP DISCOVERED A FEW FUNCTIONS DID NOT WORK. I CONTACTED SY WHO ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE REPLACED WITH A FULLY FUNCTIONING PRINTER.SURE ENOUGH, LESS THAN A WEEK LATER ANOTHER PRINTER ARRIVED VIA SAME CARRIER AND FROM APPEARANCE OF SHIPPING CONTAINER I SUSPECTED DAMAGES. I CONTACTED THE RE-BUILDER AND THOUGH HE WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS CARRIER DID NOT RESPECT HIS BUSINESS HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD FIND A THIRD PRINTER ANS SHIP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

LONG STORY, SHORTENED MESSAGE; A NEWER VERSION WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES WAS SHIPPED AND THOUGH THEY LOST MONEY ON MY SALE, THEY NEVER LOST SIGHT OF THE GOAL AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OF THE HIGHEST IMPORTANCE TO THEM. NEVER DID THEY OFFER EXCUSES, ONLY PROMISES TO COMPLETE THE SALE TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.
