After a month of negotiations on 01.03.2016 they said that have refunded my $5. Past 16 days I haven't received my money. They are liars and scammers. Don't believe their advertised "Free shipping", "Discount coupon" and such tricks. They will cheat you. $5 is nothing for everybody, but people must know truth about this shop."

I ordered a phone which was supposed to be in stock at the end of november, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Each time I asked about the shipping date, the seller responded with another date in the future. Then they even promised to throw in a free case and screen protector as an apology for the delay. So far so good, communication was ok, and supply problems are sometimes understandable and the free gift is really cool.
But then when even after fourth (or so) missed shipping date I asked yet again what is going on (few weeks later after the original estimated shipping date), I’ve got no response. So I asked again and then again. Nothing. They must be super busy I figured, if the missed all my emails. So I wrote into the comments section under the product (which was suppposedly in stock by the time), why are they not shipping it and ignoring my emails. After few hours my message was deleted. Not so busy I guess, when they have time to delete comments. So to sum it up, I had no phone, no money and no communication from the seller. So my last resort was to open a Paypal dispute. Then a miracle happened, the phone was shipped day after.
Few days later I indeed received the phone but unfortunately I had to pay customs. Luckily I have bough a Customs insurance although given the previous experience with the shop, I had little faith to get anything from the insurance, but it was worth a shot. So I contacted the support and to my pleasant surprise I got quick response. I sent them the customs documents and the seller agreed to reimburse me for the whole amount (thanks Jamie). So in the end, everything turned out good, but I’ll stick with Ebay for my future shopping. The price saving is just not worth the hassle."

"I ordered an RC Helicopter from Coolicool and upon its arrival to my house could not believe how well packaged it was. Underneath the plastic wrapping was a layer of foam. I have ordered many things online, but have yet to see this type of care done in the packaging. Then, I had a problem with the battery included as would not charge. I contacted customer support and within a few days(due to time difference between China and America) they decided will send me out a new battery. Also have apologized for the fact that had happened. I know is no fault of them as they take great pride in what they do. I wish other places could follow their type of customer commitment and the great line of products they offer.
