Coolicool is NOT a fraud site after all, even customer support is not "supporting"

"I placed an order from Portugal using a EU warehouse on March 14th and after 1 month it didn't arrive. After answered 1 email asking me to contact the courier (!), they stop answering my emails. If it is not a fraud, what is it?
Well after a suggestion of another customer, I obtain a response using Facebook page. Even it is not solved yet and I have to wait for another 7 days, at least they show themselves

Don't buy from them ever!!!

"I bought them a Umi plus, which stopped working after a month. I asked to fix it. Was a nightmare!! after 30 mails and 3 months latter, they decided to give a new one.
But despite my warnings, for not to send to Portugal, but to send through there warehouse in Spain. They ignored him. An in Result: Stuck in customs services since then. And after 7 months,NO phone an No money!
I informed the support services of this site that I wanted my money back, since I stayed without a phone. Solution of these gentlemen? They offer a coupon of 30 € !!! For me to buy another mobile phone, here on this site !!!
It must be a joke! I spend € 200 on a mobile phone that just work one month, and in return they give € 30 coupon.

BAD COMPANY

"I made my order 14 February and they wrote on their site that they have it in stock and that they will ship it in 48 hours.
Now is 21 February and they haven't yet ship it.
I made the order from EU warehouse for fast shipping.
I have contacted Coolicool (numerous times) because they are supposed to refund my money as the item was never sent but they refuse to reply.

FRAUD !!!

"I made my order 16 December and they wrote on their site that they have it in stock and that they will ship it on 18 December. After this they wrote in 3-5 days shipping. After they wrote me to wait 2 days and that they will ship it. Now is 27 December and they haven't yet ship it but on their site they write 48Hours shipping time !!!!! This phone i wanted for christmans gift and now its after Christmans and they haven't ship it yet!!! I made the order from EU warehouse for fast shipping and i pay more money for this. The are frauds!!!! Nobody buy from them!!!

Today i saw in their site that my review for them in their site they make it positive and took my nickname and change my review to positive. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

Terrible company

"Don't waste your time with this crowd. Bought a new phone of them still under warranty the screen stopped working. The phone was never dropped or damaged. I sent 2 emails with no reply.

Chinese have a bad reputation for a reason. The took the money alright but when it comes to service they are nowhere to be seen.

"The battery of my mobile phone broke, I sent the phone to the coolicool that repaired it without cost, since it was a problem of the own phone. I recommend to Coolicool. they are super friendly and helpfull"

no warranty

"bought a waterproof - ip68 - phone. after a few months i lighty washed the screen under the tap and water came through. coolicool support says that warranty does not cover water damage and that the phone should not come into contact with water even though they are advertising the phone as waterproof - there are pictures and reviews of the phone being used under water on their website."

Coolicool is a Total Fraud, ** Warning Be Ware***

"Totally Shocked!! l have the same story as others. On July 3rd l ordered a Doogee Mix phone from Coolicool, after 6 days l noticed there was no tracking order number. l even emailed them pictures of the website with a link l contacted them to be told that the phone was out of stock, even though the website was still showing in stock and delivery2-5 days. They proceeded to tell me that they needed to order this handset in lots of 100, they only had 6 orders at the time. l even questioned why the website would allow a customer to order a product that was not in stock.

Then l was softy pushed to order a different handset, after about 4-5 emails they finally understood l was not going to order another handset. l requested a full refund. That was 6 weeks ago and l still have not got my money back. Each week there are an average of 2 emails from them. It starts with " We have refunded your money today, please check your Paypal account!" (l don't have a Paypal account, never have). So l will email them and ask them to explain the email and refund process to me. Then the 2nd or 3rd email will be, "sorry for the long wait, we have refunded your account today, check your account". Each time l request them to give me some account details they are using for the refund but they never reply to this request. l don't know what game this website is but it should be banned from Business. Total Fraud.....

l really wish l had googled this company before l ordered a product but this is the 1st time ever l have experienced this. l think l will be uploading a video to Youtube.com to warn people about this website also.
l have made an official complaint with my Bank and Visa International and I'm still waiting. l think I'm out of pocket $200 so l hope this email serves as a warning to other people. DON'T buy anything from this website. Complete FRAUD!!

This site is a FRAUD

"This site is a total fraud!although the leeco le max 2 phone is in warranty period they don't repair it.To be more specific, only two months after the arrival of the phone it stopped working.I communicated with them through Skype and they asked me to send the phone in China for repair.after they received it, they told me that it is going to be repaired in two weeks.it has past 2 months and after my complaints in Skype they erased me from contacts! I have disputed in PayPal the transaction! They are totally a FRAUD! Don't lose your money! Don't buy anything from them!"

WARNING !!!

"I purchased a phone from Coolicool that developed a problem with the screen (Dead pixels). I went online to see if it was software related and lots of people had the same fault and had returned to the manufacturer for a repair under warranty. I contacted Coolicool and they requested a video to assess the problem. After receiving the video they offered my $15 compensation which I refused as this would not cover the cost of repair. They then made the following offer.
“Dear customer, You can send it back, then we can fix it ,is that OK for you?”
Since I was required to send the product back to China at my cost and I know the customs can be difficult, I looked into returning the phone to the manufacturer but when I asked Coolicool if this was ok, they responded that I must send back to them to be repaired. It cost £20 to return the phone and after 5 weeks they inform me it is my fault the screen is not working and therefore not covered under warranty “Problem is man-made). Keep in mind the phone is in perfect condition, not a single mark, so somehow I have caused dead pixels on the inside of the phone without cracking or marking the outside and all the other people that have the same fault must also be damaging their phones via magic also. This is a total con. I paid for the phone, I paid to return it and Coolicool after them seeing the video of the fault, offering my compensation and then saying they would fix it and now they are asking for £75 to fix it. The phone only cost a little over £100. So right now I have nothing and I am £130 out of pocket. Plus, I believe they would not let me send it back to the manufacturer because it is a fake, given the behaviour I can only assume this is the case. I requested they send it for an independent review but obviously they have no intentions of doing this as it would clearly rule in my favour. Also, the phone has not been returned either.
So be very wary of this company. They are looking to con you at every opportunity.

Careful, try to trick you. Smartphone not in stock, after many e-mails still not have refunds... they seam to try rip me off

"After i ordered a white smartphone (6gbRam +128gb storage) which was shown as "in Stock" and shipping in 2-5 days, i was looking for shipping confirmation. On the sixth day i wrote the support. They said they not have it in stock (homepage still showing "in stock" today) but they will offer to send me the black version of the smartphone with 4GB-Ram and 64GB storage instead. Of course i rejected, said i want to cancel my order want a refund. Next Mail arrived i get a 8GB SD Card for free if i take the black one. Rejected it and requested to cancel my order and get a refund. Next mail they said "ok, we cancel, please send us a link from other things you want to buy from our store instead!". I rejected and canceled my order again and requested a refund... Now after some more e-mails i decided to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back. What now happened is they just send me mails that the phone will soon be back in stock and i should take it. Not believe them one word anymore and not want my phone from this shop anymore. Hope i get my money back... I would suggest you not to use this shop. Never had that bad costumer service that seems to avoid under all circumstances to refund you your money you paid. Still they say the phone is in stock and try to trick other costumers to buy it. Don´t buy here!"

"My first purchase with Coolicool and I get robbed. Firstly I was lied to, I was led to believe that the item was in stock so I paid. After 7 days and the money was still in my account and nothing had been sent, I cancelled the order. Coolicool suddenly responded saying that the item was out of stock and unattainable, would I like something else. I said NO, the order is cancelled. Unknown to me, a few hours later Coolicool managed to take the money from my bank account even though I had cancelled the order the day before. I have contacted Coolicool(numerous times) because they are supposed to refund my money as the item was never sent BUT they refuse to reply or refund my money. This is an obvious case of theft. Coolicool are liars and thieves."
