"Please avoid buying from coolicool.com at all cost, because I still can't use the phone after 1 year! I've had it for about 2 months after the purchase during this period.
Bought a phone in December 2015, used it for 2 months before it started to switch off randomly. Sent it back twice for fixing, but every time they claimed they've fixed it remained buggy or even additional issues got added on top. After the first fix the camera didn't work, second time the sim card holder was missing. I was in contact with support and got many promises, but none of them were true. It's January 2017 now and I still can't use the phone after 1 year, because each fixing turnaround took about 4 months. I've never experienced anything similar before, it's truly disappointing."

"They don't attend the customers complaints regarding to the warranty. I sent a phone during the warranty period, took them 3 months to send it back and when I got the phone after 3 months it was exactly as I sent it. It was still faulty. I had to pay the shipping costs and an extra 20 dollars because they claimed the screen was not covered by the warranty.
I'll never buy again in this site and recommend everybody to avoid buying here.

I received it within a month, without having to pay any shipping charges. What i liked the most was their gesture when they assured me that they would try their best to ensure that i don't have to pay a lot for the customs. And guess what, they lived upto my expectations. I just had to pay $15 for a phone that costs $239. On receiving the phone, I was absolutely impressed. It was well packed and looked premium. I use the phone everyday, for playing games, capturing photos, surfing internet and other stuff. And it is yet to disappoint me. The quality is perfect. I've infact ditched my old phone, Xiaomi Note 3 and using this phone on a daily basis.

"One of the worst companies I ever came across. NEVER order anything from them. I actually think they might be fraudsters as as soon as I purchased and paid for a phone, the required every single personal information like copy of my ID, bank card copy (front and back) bank statements and god knows what else. This straight away started ringing alarm bells. I told them that I would never send them all of this as if you have all of that info, you can easily steal my identity or defraud me. So then all they needed is screenshot of my bank showing the funds coming out (with blacked out details). This conversation took 5 days. 5 DAYS!! Finally I hear from them saying that actually, now the phone is not in stock (I did pay for expedited delivery, over £14, so I would have the phone when I get back from holidays). I then asked them for a refund so I can purchase the phone elsewhere. They didn't respond for 3 days and then said please wait, we don't know when it will arrive, but wait. I said no, refund me right now. I asked about 5 times now, and they keep on ignoring it, trying to shove some other phone on me (who knows what it is since they're sending me a SKU number instead of an actual name!!) instead. I constantly ask for refund, still nothing. Absolute shambles, and fraudsters. I will never ever order anything from this 'company'. Total joke.

"Bought phone. It stopped working after a few months. In order to repair you need to send it back to china at YOUR cost, pay tax at YOUR cost and on its return pay tax back to UK at YOUR cost. By the time that is done you might as well buy a new cheap Chinese phone that might last a few months!"
"Avoid purchasing anything from this company at all costs!!! Their customer service is shockingly disgusting, assuming they even have a customer service team that is!
Sure, there was no issues in getting the phone but as soon as you mention the word refund / returns it all falls apart. First off, I paid for faster (expedited) shipping and was then informed that the product wasn't going to be shipped for another 2 weeks. Well, given that my account stated that my order had not been shipped I decided to cancel the purchase and buy it from a more local supplier. That's where it all went wrong, according to coolicool.com, it takes them 2 days to update the status of your order on their website and they had apparently dispatched my phone already.
I paid £18 in customs taxes when the phone arrived, however, coolicool will not refund this despite urging me to pay the taxes, return the item and for me to be reimbursed. A 10 dollar gift card is what they offered!
What's worse is that I get one single email a day from them, despite replying within 5 minutes of receiving their emails each day. Their responses are often unprofessional and rude.
I urge any UK customer not to buy from this pitiful excuse for a company, especially when they do not respond appropriately to returns / refunds. Absolute joke!
