"I purchased a PS4 controller from Controller Chaos a couple months ago for about $150.00 USD, and unfortunately there was an issue with one of the trigger buttons. After discovering this I looked up quite a few different companies that make custom designed controllers, and every one I could find had at least some reviews with a similar complaint (button issues, joystick issues), so clearly it's a difficult manufacturing process and not a challenge specific to Controller Chaos. Given that, what I cared about the most was how they would treat me when I called to report the complaint.
It was easy to get a hold of them, and after some brief troubleshooting they confirmed that it was not something I could resolve myself. They then gave me the option to send it in for a repair or to get a refund. For now I chose to get a refund, but there seems to be lots of customers with their controllers that work perfectly fine and I will likely give them a try again in the future. They took care of me after I reported my issue and that made it a positive experience for me."
"My order came late. the customer service was terrible. Half the time they couldnt even tell me the status of my order. Also, the because began to rub off and chip within the month. The analog stick and right bumber has also become defective at a suprisingly rapid rate. Will never order another controller through this provider again"
