"I used cometsupply.com for the first time to order 2 different types of disposable bowls. I placed my order on May 23, 2012. After placing the order, I checked the reviews on this site (I should have done the other way round though!) and was really concerned as people have given a lot of negative reviews. So, I called up the customer support number given on the website the very next day to check the status of my order. The guy told me that I will receive my order in the early part of next week. And I got one part of the order on May 29 and the other part on May 30. I found the service pretty good and the price was way cheaper than other websites. Based on the other reviews, it appears that if the item is in stock, you should not have a problem in receiving the item. I ordered 2 different items and both were in stock. I got both of them in 4 -5 business days. Hope this review helps."
"When I placed my order I didn't realize it was special order. It was only the following day when I checked the status that I saw it was on back order. I didn't want to wait so I called them up to cancel the order but they told me they had just come in and would ship by the end of the day. A couple days later I got the package. It seems like their status doesn't update frequently, but at least I got lucky."

"I did not read the other reviews before making my order I hope that you don’t make the same mistake. I waited for a full week before I wrote to them about the status of my order I paid the extra shipping money to have my order rushed to me at their price was still saving. I sent an email and got a snotty reply. This is a special order and we will not get it for 3 more weeks then we will ship it to you. So I canceled my order all I got was head phones I am not going to wait 1 month to get my order to save 15 dollars. Don’t buy form them you will be sorry."
"Horrible service. It took them two months to send me a return shipping label and refund my money for a damaged item.
Just to give you an idea of how this company operates - I wrote a bad review about them during this waiting period and they literally told me to remove or edit the bad review before they would refund my money. Since then I've received my money and re-writing the review.
Don't waste your time or money with this company.
I found a better price with much better customer service through a different online retailer.
To Comet Supply: Why do you treat your customers this way? Any other retailer I've dealt with seems to have a standard of doing business. I really hope that you can turn around this lull in your customer service department. Btw.. the guy at the help desk was always as helpful as he could be, but whoever approves the returns and the people at the warehouse seem to be the hang-ups. Seriously, two months for return shipping labels? "
"Almost the Worst experience with a vendor. First they claim the product was available, a day later, it's on back-order, but they charge your account immediately, then they say it could be 2-6 weeks... well 7 and 1/2 weeks later I canceled the order. The only good thing they did was put the money back in my account fast."

"With no warning the item ordered became "special order" . AFTER they deducted the $ from my account I received an email stating that it was on "special order" and was expected to be out in a week. Today upon checking the order was still not NOT be replied to concerning the status of orders due to the high email traffic they receive. It specifically states on their site to PHONE for that information. So I attempted to call TWICE and never spoke to ANYONE although I was on hold over 30 minutes BOTH times to no avail. So I wrote their contact form and demanded a full refund . Their response was that there is a "WORLDWIDE SHORTAGE" of hard-drives due to floods in Thailand and this is why that I should GOOGLE IT! So I wrote back informing them that I had already purchased another external hard-drive from AMAZON and it has already shipped out!!Also sent them the link to this site so they could see how horrible they are and again demanded a full refund. They stated they refunded it.Waiting on verification from my bank.
