"I placed an order for a hard hat on 6/30/2014 and today it's 7/23/2014. Does anyone else see the problem here? It's always an issue with the phones and I'm always prompted to send an email. I just want my money back right now. "
"Worst reseller I have ever experienced. I ordered an $8 set of shims and they added a small order fee to bring it up to over $20. After 2 weeks I started looking elsewhere for it and found the exact same thing on Amazon for $6.63 including free Amazon prime 2 day shipping. I don't need there shims anymore but have let the order stand to see how long it takes. It has been about a month now and they still haven't shipped them. They charged my credit card the first day. I am wondering how long I should wait before filing a complaint with the BBB and the States Attorney General. Many of the reviews I saw could not get in touch with these people. I should have checked out the reviews before ordering. I did see a few that got there money back so I guess they are not a scam. If I do get the shims, I can use them as spares if I need them. I'm curious to see how long it takes.

Has been about 2 months now since I ordered and no change in status yet. I called them a couple weeks ago and they said it should come in that week and they would ship it right out. I called last week and got a message that there phone system was shut down and to e-mail them if I needed to contact them. I filled out their message form since they don't have an e-mail address and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I am still waiting for a reply.

Filed a complaint with the States Attorney General and they just said to try to resolve it myself. Since it is only a $20 dollar loss I guess it isn't worth their time to look into. Comet Supply's phone system is still shut down. If 0 stars were possible, that's what they would get.

Their phone system is still shut down and they have removed their phone number from the website. They do not have an email address to contact either. They show an address in Florida for correspondence, but if you write them they will probably remove that from the website as well.

Filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they got some action from cometsupply.com and they finally sent my order. Thank you BBB.

Lousy business practices. Ordered a vise on 4/8/14 that showed they had it in stock (over 20 in stock). Was told on 4/16/14 that it was shipping from the mfg, but everything was good. Received an email today 4/23/14, stating that the mfg hadn't shipped it because of the price difference. They wanted me to pay $94 MORE in order to get it. They even sent me a Paypal invoice for the additional monies.
Filed with Paypal and will be making a formal complaint against this company.

"I placed an order through their company website on 6/27/13, as of 8/2/13 my order has not been shipped to me. I have attempted to the 1-800 number and all I get is a machine telling they are closed, and I need to call back during there business hours of 10 am to 5 pm M-F, well the last time I called was at 2:35pm on Friday. The only good thing is they have not taken payment, BUT they still have my checking account info and this is from a company checking account, I was ordering merchandise bags! We have had to buy paper lunch sacks to get by. This is not looking good and I am VERY unhappy."
"I was a bit hesitant to order $2k worth of product from this company after reading the reviews on this site.. they had some Russound products for sale for quite a bit less than anybody else I'd found online.. I used my Amex just to be safe (as Amex always provides good buyer protection).. I called to confirm stock.. was on hold for 5-7 minutes before getting somebody on the line, then was told they "only had one left".. Placed the order online, got the tracking info the same day.. shipment arrived 3 days later and is perfect and was drop shipped directly from their distributor..
