"My experience with Code Micro has been highly positive. I found the part we needed for a very good price and I wanted to be sure I could return it if it didn't fix the problem we were having. Code Micro's policy allows for non-defective returns. They ask only that you allow them to help you find the part you need if your first purchase doesn't solve your issue. The technical rep I spoke to was very nice and patient with me as I explained what I needed. When the part arrived, it was exactly what we needed and our printer is working again!"
