"I will NEVER purchase anything else form ChiefValue, or Newegg, again. What I thought was a good value turned out to be the purchase from H*** (well, you get the idea). A short time after placing the order on-line, they duplicated the order. No, I didn't order it again, it got duplicated on their end. Then the SAME DAY when I realized it, I tried to cancel. They claimed they couldn't do this. Really? Only a few hours later? So I received a duplicate shipment. Per their instructions, I refused one of the shipments. They then charged me a return fee. For THIER error! They even admitted it was their error. But I had to pay for it! Never again"

"Bought a sweet EVGA GTX460 in a combo deal. Amazing card...amazing price. Super fast processing and shipping. Arrived in a newegg box with no damage. The ONLY issue I had with this transaction was the LACK of PayPal support. When I logged on to make my purchase, I didn't have much time, so I perfer Paypal. I originally wanted the overclocked version, but by the time I had to run to find my credit card...they sold out. I had to settle for the vanilla card. If PP would have been offered as a payment option...I would be the owner of a bit faster card for ONLY $10 more. Guess I can't complain all that much...STILL a heck of a deal. Keep up the good work. BTW, I spend about $3-$5,000 a year on PC parts...and most of that @ NewEgg. Looks like I'll be spending it here as well. A+"
