I did the second day air and all my stuff was on my porch the second day when I got home from work. When I open all the boxes everything was packaged nice with neat with all excess area stuffed with bubble wrap and waded packaging paper stuff so no could get jard around. This is the first time ordering since they came out with "free shipping". I always pick their standard 3-7 day shipping. So that being standard you'd think k that's what is free. "I placed an order with them and FOUR DAYS later they email me saying they need a copy of my driver's license. I send it to them immediately and they tell "We will release your order to ship." They didn't give me a tracking number and I waited FOURTEEN DAYS for the package to arrive. No show. I email them and they tell me "The order was canceled due to depletion of inventory. The order was refunded." That's it. No apology for not telling me, no offer to make it right. And to make things worse, the item I ordered shows still in stock online."
"Paid $1,621.02 for a large order of top of the line glock parts. Paid extra for shipping to receive in 1-2 business days. It’s been 3 days. Items have not shipped. No tracking information. When I called they said my order was canceled but they decided to keep my money. So now I have to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. Don’t order anything from this site. "Apparently you have to send them a copy of your driving licence to verify your billing address. There is no option to have the address verified through bank (like other stores do).
So if you don't have your driving licence at all or if you have just moved so your driving licence does not reflect yet your new billing address (as in my case), or if you simply don't have your driving licence on you, because you are on vacations / business trip etc. you will not be able to buy from them...
Fortunately there are other stores out there... this one makes up weird rules to buy stuff from them.. I do not recommend and I will not be buying from them in the future!"
"Ordered 3 magazines and a bulk order of ammo. Free shipping on orders of my size. No wait, 10.00 for bulk orders. Orders usually shipped within 2 days. No wait, not for bulk orders. 3 magazines are now out of stock, sorry for the confusion. Go to web site, one type of magazine is showing out of stock, but the other one is in stock, and for the next 2 weeks that I kept track, never went out of stock. No email notification that ammo is on the way, 2 weeks later it shows up, left at my door. Good thing it wasn't raining!!"
"Never had a problem with cheaper than dirt until now. Never ordered from them much in the past but I found a good deal they had on 9mm Tulammo. It arrived very timely but a complete mess. The box wasn’t properly taped, had very little packing inside to protect the 3 loose boxes of 100 rounds. I know shipping can be rough on packages but only 1 small piece of foam inside did nothing to help. 2 of the 3 boxes broke open leaving 200 loose rounds scattered on the bottom of the box.

"Never got a notification that my order shipped, never got a tracking number, ordered about twenty items, two of them arrived, called customer service, fifteen minute wait, they tell me the other items are shipping from a different warehouse possibly two days from now, and if i don't receive an email by then, that i should call back.
