This was a labyrinth of bouncing through unreachable custom service mangers and when I finally got a response my order would be canceled and refunded they only partially refunded my card! Ordered 10 boxes of shotgun shells , they sent 5 boxes , did not acknowledge the shortage and charged credit card for full order , did not mark invoice as backordered, when we called about the short order , it took them 5 days to respond by email , and then they tried to imply that the shells had been stolen by UPS enroute to our house , when we assured them the box had not been tampered with, they refused to continue the discussion , the shells were never packed in the box to be shipped, either an employee stole the shells or they were out of stock and just refused to do the right thing by refunding difference or backordering the shells , they refused to make it right , we had to file a dispute with credit card co in order to get reimbursed , these people cant be trusted to do the right thing , i would never buy from them again and will warn every one that i know ,not to do business with these people . THEY ARE DIRTY & NOT CHEAP ...prices are not even competitive their name is a joke in its self ...

"I wish i would have read these reviews before I ordered. Why does it take 21 days to ship 2 clips that are IN STOCK? When I called after getting this information the recording said they were to busy to answer calls and e mail was the only method of communication. I sent 4 emails with no response for over a week. Contacted my bank to dispute the charges received a email the next morning saying they have increased their shipping times but no word of canceling my order as I had requested.
Just do not buy from this company if you have any other choice. "

The list my entire order as 'shipped'.
I contacted them to ask if the other items were on backorder but they failed to get back to me.
I contacted them again and let them know that if the items were backordered that I would prefer a refund.
They still failed to contact me.

me know what is going on.

So, in a few days I will be filing a claim with my CC company and filing a complaint with the FTC.
I would steer clear of this merchant as they seem to think it's ok to not at least shoot a quick email to their customers.

"Ordered a charging handles extender ( 1 ounce). Stupid me didn't notice the shipping charge wa over $13, going from Texas to Texas. Customer service told me it was the default option was UPS. I just plan didn't notice a shipping option ( my fault for not examinating shipping options). They said the USPS option was $7. So, the default option is twice the cost if u don't pay attention. The moral of the story is,,shop somewhere else."
