6 hours over 5 days on the phone, no result

"A return flight of my trip was canceled. I've tried to reschedule through cheapoair where I bought my ticket.
I' d spent over 6 hours on the phone with several of their agents to no avail.
Each and everyone of then promised to take care of the issue but no one did, claiming that the airline was uncooperative.
After I contacted the airline, I figure out that nobody contacted the airline for an itinerary change.

Worst experience

"Bought two tickets recently. The agent gave me wrong information about the luggage allowances. But later they are not helping me properly. Also the tickets are non refundable.
They are ruining the name of cheapoair and the partner airlines. Very poor customer service.
Bad customer support.

Ripoff! They Canceled my trip due to COVID, Stole my money, Lied to me and kept me on hold for hours! Beware

"I paid nearly $1000 for a round trip flight from the US to Barcelona and the Mediterranean. When COVID initially hit, they canceled my flights as all airlines did, but when I asked for my money back they said they can't and won't accommodate, but they'll "allow' me to reschedule at a later date when called back to reschedule, they kept me on hold for HOURS, dropped my call, I called back again and waited for hours again when I finally connected to a rep, they were super unprofessional and rude, I explained that I wanted to reschedule they said the ticket has no longer has value and just like that the STOLE my money. This is unacceptable, I'll certainly make complaints to the BBB and Department Of Transportation and will not stop until they make it right. I can't imagine how many more people they did it to, total consumer abuse, appalling and shameful.

Wife and children stranded in guyana

"My wife and my 18 month old son(who is asthmatic) and 6 year old daughter(who has some underline health issues) traveled to Guyana to see her grandmother who was on her death bed. They were suppose to return back to Canada on January 4 2022 but due to them doing a covid test and it coming back positive, they had to quarantine which they called cheapoair to inform them and they advice them to call back when they're finished isolating and they will book them another flight to return back to Canada. Since then we've been calling cheapoair almost every day 10 times so far to get a new flight book for them and everytime the Rep tells us they will call us back within 24 hours and never get a call from them and we keep calling them. Last time we called they hanged up on us. We called again for the 12 time and AGAIN were told same thing other reps has told us that they will call us back within 24hours which is very upsetting because they never do and they said they were waiting to hear back from the air lines for some reason. The problem is my son is asthmatic and his puffer is almost done and my daughter is also not healthy and have to return back to Canada to do a routine check and refill the puffer. If anything happens to my children I swear I'll sue cheapoair for EVERY penny they have and put them out of business. We will NEVER EVER EVER use cheapoair again as long as we live and advice others not to either. It's been almost a weak and half since we've been trying to get this resolved and my wife and kids are basically being held hostage in Guyana by cheapoair. "

CheapOAir simply will not respond to its customers

"I need to cancel my booking from London to Ft Lauderdale in March, and I had paid ($49) for
travel insurance protection with them. However, I never received the policy documents and therefore I cannot proceed with the cancellation because I need the "Travel Plan" number - which I do not have, and indeed have NEVER had. SO I am completely stuck and have spent days and hours on the computer trying to get through to CheapOAir. Their ChatBot cuts off after four sentences. Don't go near this company.

DO NOT BOOK! WORST COMPANY OUT THERE

"I will make it a point to let everyone know and all review readers everywhere, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! its not worth the few dollars saved. I had absolutely the worst experience with cheapoair. I dont understand why this company is not yet shut down. They changed our itinerary with long layovers and added layovers and despite being on the phone for over 8 hours, no one helped! Their answer is always we cannot do anything. They wanted me to cancel my flight and give me 500 and to rebook at a different date which they quoted me 2000 dollars. Just unbelievable! These scammers should go to jail for taking advantage of trusting customers. "
