I have tried to correct this online, but it does not work; I must click on CHAT and chat with a BOT or person, but the chat button also does not work as I get an Error "400 Bad Request"
The only option left is to make an expensive international call while roaming my line; and we all know how these help lines put you on hold forever. The cost will be frustrating again . . ."
