"I know I'm not unique in being treated this way since I've seen other reviews on the web where ChatandVision did the same thing. Last week I ordered some Shure SE535 Headphones from this company. Immediately after charging my debit card for the purchase, ChatandVision's customer service emailed me and said that they couldn't complete the transaction until I sent them a copy of my credit card and a utility bill. I wasn't interested in sending them such confidential information, especially since this was the only time I've ever been asked for this sort of thing, and asked for a refund. Now it's five days later and I haven't seen any sort of refund. My suspicion is that ChatandVision makes money in this way, similar to how banks make money by taking several days to process checks or money transfers. I do hope to get a refund eventually, but this is simply unacceptable. "

"This company deducted €584 from my paypal account for an iPad 2, and then sent me an email to say that they had instituted a security process requiring me to email them a copy of my credit card and utility bills. I refused to send this sensitive information and informed them that the purchase was made through paypal's secure site from a verified account and if that was not enough to refund my payment. They have marked my order on their site as "order payment failed" yet have not returned my money despite numerous emails.
A quick internet search of the company has revealled a history of this practice. Please avoid falling into this trap. Mark"
