"The RTXDualphone 4880 was delivered by Toll (designated courier ).The latter called before the delivery that Toll has to file an application to the Singapore Authorities with a Toll processing fee of S$15.00 that I reluctantly agreed over the phone, otherwise it will have to be sent back to the shipper C&V.
The end story is that there is no tax payable and Toll did not know it was not a requirement. At the end we end paying Toll for their "processing fee". When I checked with Singapore Post, who had earlier delivered my Beikin Skype phone that I ordered from Amazon.com there was no such application procedure and therefore no handling charges.
You should perhaps use a more competent courier like Singapore Post and your customer (like me) need not pay money for worthless service.

"Totally excellent service. I live in New Zealand and I ordered two Skype phones on the 16th Dec. I did not expect these items to arrive until mid January at least. I was surprised when they arrived on the 24th Dec and both items were correct and as ordered. Well done chatandVision "

"I have ordered twice from them. Their shipper Toll Global express seriously lets them down in the delivery area. For my first shipment, the delivery man give my maid the wrong item (address and person were different) and insisted that she take and sign for it. It was then even registered and delivered. I finally got it sorted out and received my item. So hoping that it would be better, i placed my order on 5th December for Christmas presents. Based on their promise the order was to be delivered in 7 to 10 days. I have not received the order and when i made an online complaint, I got a message saying that the issue is with the shipper (which I know) and they promptly marked the case as closed! If this is how customer service treats a lost parcel, then i believe this company has severe issues with customer service. I am still waiting for my parcel and may miss the Christmas deadline. I am so disappointed."
