"I too have been scammed by these fraudsters at ChatAndVision - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Ordered a 30$ Skype gift card 4 days ago and have not yet heard back from them.
ChatAndVision, if you're reading this: REFUND my order now (ID SO412460) or I'll file a dispute claim with my bank and report you to the authorities.
Skype, if you guys are reading this: Stop working with this company, Chat&Vision is just ripping off customers all over the place without actually fullfilling any orders. HELP PLEASE!"
"This seller would not provide me a phone number when i had questions and required me to do everything over email. Responses over email took at least 24-48 hours each time for about 5 different conversations which was not appropriate since I was trying to get the item expedited and wanted to see what my options were since i was on a very tight timeframe and was willing to pay for expedited shipping. It took almost 4 days for my order to only get approved/processed & they were not very good at answering my questions. Customer service does not seem to be their highest priority."
"I placed an order with them (live in MA, USA), stated free shipping but I got charged for shipping, contacted them by email and there response was that they charge shipping to some places, I would not recommend this company to anyone because i don't like when company's have to TRY and trick people into buying from them. "I ordered a Skype phone through the Skype website, and received it today, 10 days later, even though there was a "free upgrade to express service."
Since I got the package eventually, I think you are a trustworthy merchant. However, please see my feedback for your consideration:
1. There was no reply to my online query on chatandvision.com
2. While the automatic no-reply email has a link to an "customer service ticket" that returns an error, it was buggy at best.
3. Your courier company in this country, Toll Global Logistics, was a major letdown. According to their online parcel tracking, the items was already shipped on Sep 11 and has been there (sitting in their warehouse?) until today Sep 19. There was also no reply to my online query on their website www.tollgroup.com
4. Throughout the whole shipping period I have not had a chance to interact with anyone in your company or your shipper, as all the notification emails were "non-reply" and all the "tickets" were not answered.

"Ordered a Skype phone through Chat and Vision. Placing an order results in a redirect to a billing company instead of a direct process with Chat and Vision. Email confirmation came from yet another company ("skrill"). It seemed a bit strange but I had encountered this type of thing before and did not feel overly concerned.
Within a day or two, I received a notice that my order was to be shipped via DHL. A tracking number was included but upon checking with DHL, no information was to be found. The next day, I checked the tracking number again and found that my order was on its way.
A bit unexpected, the order did no ship from a facility in the US - which I had expected - but from Hong Kong.
Still, it took just three few days before my phone arrived. Perfectly packed and in excellent condition.
I received another email reminding me that the charge on my credit card would not be under Chat and Vision.
I have absolutely NOTHING negative to report. This was an easy purchase with extremely quick handling and sending."

I was upgraded by the company to DHL shipping at no cost to me (notified via email) and the phone came amazingly packed. It is my mom's favorite. Easy to use, and in white color she likes it a lot, crystal clear reception anywhere in the house and in the basement. Has amazing standby time of 100 hrs and charges rapidly. "Very easy company to deal with. Received my item very quickly after they upgraded the standard shipping to express via DHL. The only thing was that I didn't know that DHL needed a signature for delivery, so I had to wait an extra day to receive the item. But still it came much faster than it would have using the standard shipping method. Other than that, the phone works great and I was very grateful for the discount code given to me through the skype website. A great business to to purchase from overall."
