"I ordered an antenna for an Intrasonic Intercom and paid for two day express shipping on April 30th.
As of May 20th 2019, I still haven't received the antenna. I contacted them four times during this period and was always told the part would be dropped shipped. Their customer service (Renee Ambrose) never responds unless I inquire myself. I am only glad I did not buy anything more substantial. Buyer beware!!!!"

"I placed and order on January 14, 2019. I waited a week and the company sent me an email indicating my part was on back order. I called and was assured that it would be no more than 2 weeks for the part to be sent. I waited another 2 weeks and once again called. I was told it would be another 2 weeks! I again waited 10 more days and requested a refund! The part was never sent! Customer Service was good but they never had the part. If your dealing with this Company I strongly suggest you call them to make sure they have your part in stock, If it's not in stock go elsewhere!"
