"I've waited over 4 weeks for a product that I ordered that they promised me would ship with 7 days. Every week, I call for updates and hear variety of excuses including we forgot to release then order from the manufacturer doing the drop ship. One time I called to get an update and the guy says "I'm only sales, what do you expect" (I have an open order, I expect you to help me with my order). When I call to follow up, while they're pleasant on the phone, they don't deliver reliable information. Apparently when Renee the owner is out, they can't get tracking information. "

I purchased a central vacuum power unit that was on sale at a very good promotional price. Unfortunately the promotion was a little too successful, and I was quickly told that the unit was out of stock, but more were expected shortly. The short delay wasn't a problem for me. However, the unit did not arrive from the manufacturer as expected. I contacted Central Vacuum Stores and explained that I was now up against a schedule deadline. Very quickly, I had a call back from the company owner, and he offered me a great deal on a different unit, that was superior to one I had originally ordered.
Their people are great. They are very responsive and really know the product since they have done this for decades. Shopping on their website, however, is a bit disappointing. It is worth your time to pick up the phone and give them a call. "
