"I purchased 3 phones with new service for T-Mobile through Cellhub in November 2010. They had a free activation fee weekend, they were supposed to reimburse the activation fees for each line activated after 2-3 billing cycles. It has now been 4 billing cycles, and I have never received any credits on my bill from Cellhub as they were supposed to do. I contacted Cellhub through their website asking about my activation fee rebate not showing up, and they never responded to me. Very poor customer service, and their "promotions", such as free activation fees, are lies. You won't ever get it from them. The initial process of purchasing the phones and the plan went fine, and the phones were shipped quickly. However, beyond that, this place sucks."
