"Pros: I got the phone.
Cons: Everything else. I had a defective phone that would randomly freeze so I tried to get in contact to get an RMA number. After multiple E-mails and attempts to get in contact by phone, which disconnected multiple times, I sent a final E-mail stating that I would be contacting my credit card company if the issue wasn't resolved. Low and behold that worked. Hopefully I see my refund for the defective phone, but I'm not holding out hope that it will happen. I've saved all my attempted contacts so I shouldn't have too much trouble with my CC company if they don't give me a refund.
Other: I would suggest finding another company to do business with. When I went through trouble shooting with T-Mobile and stated the issues I was having with the reseller they said they would stand in if they didn't resolve the issue. Kudos to T-Mobile for that. Shame on Cellhub for being less user friendly then they need to be."

"Cellhub had an unbeatable price on a T-Mobile MyTouch 4G (1/2 of what T-mobile wanted) and I had the phone within 4 days of ordering. I would definitely buy from them again. Slightly on the downside, they subsequently failed to reply to a technical question I submitted (on their website) as to why the MyTouch 4G is spec'ed at 4 GB internal memory but only shipped with 1.2 GB free. It turned out that this was not a problem with the phone, as I had feared, but is well-known on the t-mobile support forums."

this is a one room company and kind of crocks thats wht i realized while i was reading reviews.they are saying that they shipped the phone and i have no phone and also they activate the line so basically i m stuck with two parties tmobile and cellhub.com.
