"Ordered on Feb 14 and credit card charged on Feb 15.
Started emailing them on Feb 20, no reply.
Started phoning them on March 1--all departments; got just a recording.
Phoned my credit card company on March 5 to protest charge; item was shipped 12 hours later. It arrived on March 8 and was the correct item.

"I ordered cell phone accessories from this company on 11/7/09 and have not received my order. They did however debit my credit card immediately upon ordering. I sent them 2 emails and attempted to call them however you get a message to call back during business hours No business hours are stated and you can not leave a message. There are many complaints posted about this company's non-delivery pattern. Steer clear of them."

"Cellphonemall.net took my order and charged my Visa immediately. It is now 13 days later and their website indicates my order has not even shipped. Is this a rip-off company? No correspondence on their part either. I would never order from them again."

"On Sept. 26, 2009 I placed an order online with Cellphonemall.net for a car charger for my LG Phone. After placing the order and paying for it. I found many unsatisfied reviews online for this company. I went back to their website and saw that they would be closed on Sept. 28th and sent an email explaining my review findings and expressed my concern over my new purchase with them. On the 29th of Sept. I received an email which indicated that there was a shipping tracking number issued to my order. My product arrived today, in prefect condition and works splendidly. It arrived within the specified amount of days and I have no problems or issues with this site and would probably order again from them."

"I am an idiot. I wished I would have looked up the reviews on this company. I ordered an item on 7/30/09 and to this date (8/20/09) still have not received it, althouth they deducted the money out of my account the day of the order. I have called numerous times and I never get a live body, always music and on hold for 10 minutes or even more, so I just hang up. I will never order from them again. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission."

"Ordered software on June 8th heard nothing. Called after a month and was told order would be promptly shipped. Nothing. Tried calling again today, some 6 weeks after initial order and treated to endless music on their "customer service" line. Finally gave up. Guess I'll consider this a lost cause, but will never order from them again and would encourage others to do the same. "

"We placed this order for which we were promptly charged and when we saw this on our bank statement (not just an authorization) we naturally assumed the item was on it's way.

A couple of weeks later with no item delivered, we called and were told it was "Back Ordered" and that it would be available in a week.

A month later (today) I called and was told the item was "discontinued"!

I'm of the opinion that if I'm charged for an item, you better have it in stock and that it should ship within a reasonable amount of time (1-2 business days...). Most resellers wont even charge you until the item it actually on the dock on it's way out the door.

The "tone" of the voice of customer service strongly indicates that they are fully aware of what they are doing. To me, this is on the hairy edge of criminal.

NOT recommended!

UPDATE: They actually did refund my money. While this takes them out of the "dishonest" category, I still don't recommend them...

"Terrible service!! Very accommodating on the phone but their followup sucks. My order came fast but their catalog did not distinguish between the various models of MotoQ phones and as such I ordered the wrong cover for my phone. I shipped it back as instructed with a promise of a refund back to my card. This never happened and to this day I still call/email with the promise of a check coming my way. Ain't happening!!
Now their email contact address does not work, my email has been returned to me, their west coast number does not work and they're not answering the phone today.
I think I just got screwed. Never again by them.
If you're reading this as was a good decision to, don't use these people. You're taking a chance.

"Since I didn't request special shipping, items were sent the 7 - 10 day route. Half the order arrived on time - other half was back ordered but they apparently shipped the rest as soon as it came in as I received the item a couple of days after the first shipment. I'd use the store again w/o hesitation. "

"I placed an order but they never shipped it. They have ignored my e-mail. I finally sent a final e-mail cancelling my order. They haven't responded to that one either. These guys are the worst internet seller I have ever run into (and many internet sellers are almost this bad). I advise everyone thinking about giving them your money to think seriously about all of the negative comments listed here at resellerratings.com. None of their customers are satisfied with the service they received. That says a lot."

"Does not have items on hand & refuses to take items off site that are sold out so it is best to call and see if it is in stock before you order or it will be a long wait. I ordered three items and only have recieved one and now it is Nov. 18,2006 and they say it will be another couple of days waiting on other items. I will never order anything from them again and will take my business elsewhere. I suggest other people shop elsewhere also until they figure out what customer service really is."

"I ordered two accessories for my Blackberry 6 days ago. Still nothing shipped, and when I try to access their web site, I get 'Page cannot be displayed'. My credit card has been charged of course.
