"I have been ordering online for many years and cellxpo.com is the most dishonest company I have ever come across. Not only do they sell USED EQUIPMENT, without disclosing that it is used, their customer service is terrible. I had to request my credit card company to intervene because I was getting the run around with cellxpo.com. The good prices are NOT WORTH IT! The equipment is crap and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"I purchased a blue tooth head set. It arrived without any instructions. I had to down load the users guide from Motorola. Then after charging it and setting it up according to the directions the mute was stuck on so that no one I call can hear me (I can hear them just fine). This is the e-mail I sent them and the response I got back:

I received my order over the weekend. I charged the blue tooth (over night) linked it to my phone and made a call. I could hear them just fine but no one can hear me. I down loaded the users manual (buy the way it really sucks that you don't include those) to learn how to turn the mute on and off but it is still not working. I would like a new Red H500 that works. I will gladly send you back this one if you provide me with an address.

attached is the users guide.

You have to fully charge it for 12 hours. Then follow the Users Guide Manual step by step to pair it to your phone. Your headset should then work fine.

For technical support on the product you can contact Motorola's technical support at ***-***-****. It is under their one year warranty, if need be they will send you a replacement. Their warranty phone number is ***-***-****

"Don't waste your time with this store. They sent me a non-functional product with obvious use marks (scratches and worn plastic) and then claimed to me it was new and sent me to the mfg. I understand their return policy for bluetooth products, but to send me an OBVIOUSLY used product is absurd.

Don't waste your time or your money, CellXPO is a JOKE.

"I ordered a Jabra BT160 Bluetooth. It was shipped to me in about 5 days. When I plugged it in, there was nothing, no light, not working. They sent me a broken bluetooth. I contacted them and they told me to call Jabra and deal with them. "
