"Purchased 4 Bluetooth headsets. Nowhere on the website did it indicate that these were not new. None of these headsets came in original manufacturer packaging which was suspicious. Upon opening the packages, it was evident that all of the headsets were "used". This company is not honest. I would highly recommend that you don't buy from them.

"I ordered an extended battery on 1/17/2010, but received a standard one on 1/25. I contacted customer support and included a scan of the battery I received.

On 1/26 I received an email saying that I could return it, which I did. USPS delivered the returned item on 2/1. On 2/10 the replacement item was shipped.

On 2/13 I received the correct item in new condition.

"I ordered a Jabra BT160 for my wife to use with a new cell phone that I had bought her. Since it is now law in Illinois to use a headset while driving, I thought this would be a good purchase.

The headset arrived at our house on 1/8/2010. The unit appeared to be in original (new) packaging from a Sprint PCS store. Upon opening the unit and charging it, it was apparent that the item had been somehow used and was defective.

I contacted cellxpo, and they told me that I would have to contact Plantronics (not the manufacturer of the unit) to get a replacement headset.

I contacted Jabra and they pointed me to the warranty in the box. This states that the unit must be returned to its point of purchase.

Cellxpo.com is not willing to take the unit back. Oh well, I guess I will throw it in the garbage.

Cellxpo.com is a scam. Their equipment is sub-standard (if it even works at all) and their customer service is non-existent. Anyone who comes across their marketing-ware should run the other direction.

If you really want to waste money you can flush it down the toilet, or, for even greater amusement, spend it at Cellxpo.com

"I made this order, they sent an order # (046669)., later the same day they sent a tracking number for USPO. After two weeks the PO has not seen the package. Cellxpo has sent two e-mails to ask how I like there service,BUT, if you were to click on it you would be saying you got your order. I HAVE NOT! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CELLXPO AGAIN!!!"

"I wish I came across this website before I made my purchase. Like many of I purchased my Bluetooth headphones (Altec Lansing BackBeat 903). When it arrived my first suspicion was that it wasn't in the original box, without instructions, and on top of everything it came with Motorola charger. I thought to myself I'll give it a try. I downloaded manual and paired the device with my phone. After one day of usage the buttons would stop working periodically. I just emailed CellXpo for a full refund or a brand new original box of headphones. I doubt I get lucky with them so my next step is to try to get money back through Credit Company (been lucky with them so far). The savings are not worth it. Buyer beware. DON'T BUY FROM CELLXPO."

"Terrible. Avoid for bluetooth accessories. I ordered a S705 motorola bluetooth headset device. Device was dead on arrival! Not working at all. To make matters worse cellxpo refuses to accept returns on all bluetooth devices. THEY SENT ME A PAPER WEIGHT AND WON'T TAKE IT BACK. They didn't even send the thing in it's original packaging so good luck to me getting motorola to exchange it.

"The Motorola T505 I received is a USED ITEM, and it is BROKEN.
It took 18 days for this USED and BROKEN item to arrive.
Unfortunately I have have had the displeasure of dealing with this type of internet based business before. I slipped up. Should have done a thorough search for customer reviews prior to placing my order with cellxpo but I was in a hurry.

Cellxpo provides NO PHONE NUMBER only an email address. I have sent an email to them but based on the reviews I have read so far I do not expect them to make this right. They are stereotypical crooks. Crooks do not make things right. Hopefully I can recover my money by disputing the charges with my credit card company.

To those of you who at least received USED STUFF that WORKS from cellxpo... consider yourself lucky.

"Ordered and received Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset and a Jabra A210 Bluetooth Adapter. A210 arrived with wrong charger, no pairing tool, and no belt clip. H500 would not charge. Sent everything back. Received more junk that doesn't work. I was referred to the manufacturer. Will never purchase from these crooks again."

"Did not receive 2 BT devices I ordered or a case whatever I did get one BT device a charger and a cellphone antennae I mailed back the day I got it.

I emailed sales did not receive any kind of reply back so I filed a complaint to the NY BBB I hope I get a refund or get what I bought.

Waiting for the credit to my account and bought what I needed at Fry's the extra few dollars that I shelled out was worth it.

You have to fully charge it for 24 hours. Then follow the Users Guide Manual step by step to pair it to your phone. Your headset should then work fine.

This product is 100% original ... Not sure what that means but as I stated in my previous e-mail that I did not receive any manuals, no instructions, no users guide no nothing inside the container that contained my headset.. Just the headset and the headset charger. No users guide no paper work nothing .. I Plugged in the charger to the headset and charged headset. Ok That being said now explain to me again how do I go about setting up this headset. Your company Cellxpo sold me this product and I would like to get what I paid for. Where are the additional ear piece attachments. Thank you Mr. Not satisfied

I still have not received my ear pieces since I e-mailed them back in april 2008 it is now the end of oct. Now the Bluetooth has also stop working. I would recommend you avoid purchasing any of there Used products from this site if you value your hard earned money.

"I placed an order with CellXpo.com on 8/3/08 and almost immediately received a confirmation of my order. The following day, I received an email stating that my order would be shipped on 8/4/08. However, two days following, I received another email saying my order was backordered and would be shipped in 3-5 days. I have not yet received the merchandise, but did receive my credit card with the total charge listed. I have tried contacting CellXpo via email (customer service and sales), but no one responds. I cannot find a phone number to call. I am very dissatisfied and will never buy from them again--nor recommend them."

"CellXpo is one of the worst companies on the web. The web site looks professional but you will get what you pay for with this company. Everything went fine until I received my order (Plantronics 925). They sent the wrong charger with the unit. I went to call the C/S number but it was never answered and no VM system. I then began to correspond with them via e-mail. I explained the situation to them and that they sent the wrong charger. They asked me to take a picture of the charger and send it to them for confirmation. I did so and then told me that the unit would work fine if I just charged it. I pointed out to them that you cannot “charge” a unit with the wrong charger. They then gave me an RMA for return. I asked who was going to pay for the return shipment? They directed me to put the charger in the old box, mark return to sender and put it in the mail system. This is called mail fraud and I advised them on this matter. The kept telling me to send it back and I kept telling them to either credit me for the return shipment or send me a prepaid label as this was their error. They refused to do so and just sent me an e-mail saying that they now want me to send the entire unit back (not just the charger but I still have to pay). I intend to document all of this at http://www.cellxposucks.com

BOTTOM LINE: NOT A HONEST BUSINESS AND THE PRICE REPRESNENTS WHAT YOU WILL GET IN THE END. WOULD NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN!

"The order went well, and it shipped the next day. However it came w/o documentation, and none was available on the Samsung website. An e-mail to Celxpo was replied to w/ a PDF attached that revealed that they also forget to ship the earbuds. Another e-mail inquiring about the earbuds was responded to with a turse 'let the buyer beware' reply. It now appears that replacement earbuds are not available anywhere, and the unit will not work without them. So if you shop here 'let the buyer beware'!"

"Purchased 2 Jabra BT500s for $35 each (description page stated they were factory overstocks). Received the headsets, they were in factory packaging complete with chargers. Charged up the headsets and sync'd with the phones without any problems what so ever. Will definitely buy from again!"

"I ordered a Motorola H12 bluetooth headset from Cellxpo. I ordered from them because of the low price. I received junk. The unit came repackaged in a generic blister pack. It was missing the desktop charger, extra earpieces and the shirt clip. The unit itself did not work properly from the moment I took it out of the box. When I e-mailed cellxpo, they told me that there was no support or return on a blue tooth headset, I would have to contact the manufacturer.
I will never do business with them again. I did business with the low price vendor and I got the lowest level of customer support.
